Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES), produsen bata ringan
ringan terbesar di Indonesia dengan merek Blesscon dan
Superiore Block mencatatkan kinerja positif pada Juli 2025 di
tengah tantangan industri konstruksi. Perusahaan berhasil
menjaga stabilitas produksi, memperluas jaringan distribusi,
dan meresmikan pabrik kelima di Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah.
BLES memulai semester 2 dengan hasil yang cukup
memuaskan. Volume penjualan di bulan Juli 2025 sebesar 345
ribu m3, capaian tersebut telah mendekati rekor volume
penjualan tertinggi sepanjang Sejarah berdirinya Perusahaan.
Pertumbuhan Volume penjualan tercatat meningkat 13%
dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya, didorong
oleh permintaan yang kuat dari sektor pembangunan
infrastruktur dan perumahan, khususnya di wilayah Jawa
Tengah dan Jawa Timur.

Peresmian pabrik kelima pada 28 Juli 2025 menjadi
momentum penting dalam strategi ekspansi BLES. Kehadiran
pabrik baru ini diharapkan memperkuat pasokan di wilayah
tengah Pulau Jawa, memperpendek rantai distribusi, menekan
biaya logistik dan membuka lapangan pekerjaan untuk warga
lokal.

Perusahaan bata ringan yang meraih penghargaan Top Brand
5 tahun berturut-turut. Selain fokus pada kinerja bisnis, BLES
aktif melaksanakan program tanggung jawab sosial melalui
penyaluran bantuan bata ringan untuk mendukung program
pemerintah. Salah satunya pada bulan Juli, BLES dengan
merk bata ringan Blesscon melalui Polres Sragen mendukung
fasilitas dapur umum program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG)
yang luas lahannya paling besar di Kabupaten Sragen Jawa
Tengah.

BLES Breaks Sales Record, Optimistic About Second Half of

Description of Material Information or PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES), Indonesia's largest
Facts producer of lightweight concrete blocks (Blesscon and
Superiore Block), recorded positive performance in July 2025
despite challenges in the construction industry. The company
successfully maintained production stability, expanded its
distribution network, and inaugurated its fifth factory in
Banjarnegara, Central Java.
BLES began the second semester with satisfactory results.
Sales volume in July 2025 reached 345,000 m3, approaching
the highest sales volume in the company's history. Sales
volume growth was recorded at a 13% increase compared to
the same period the previous year, driven by strong demand
from the infrastructure and housing development sectors,
particularly in Central and East Java.

Impact of event, material information or BLES Finance Director, Andrew, explained that in terms of
facts towards Issuers or Public sales value, BLES achieved gross revenue of IDR 140 billion,

key milestone in BLES's expansion strategy. The presence of
this new factory is expected to strengthen supply in the central
region of Java, shorten the distribution chain, reduce logistics
costs, and create jobs for local residents.
PT Superior Prima Tbk, with the ticker code BLES, led by
President Director Liauw Billy Law, is a lightweight brick
company that has received the Top Brand award for five
consecutive years. In addition to focusing on business
performance, BLES actively implements social responsibility
programs by distributing lightweight bricks to support
government programs. For example, in July, BLES, using the
Blesscon lightweight brick brand, supported the public kitchen
facility of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program, the largest
in Sragen Regency, Central Java, through the Sragen Police.
