Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia nomor Kep-00015/BEI/01/2021 tentang Perubahan
Peraturan I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi,
dengan ini:
PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk menyampaikan penjelasan
atas perubahan lebih dari 20% pada pos Jumlah Liabilitas
pada Laporan Keuangan untuk tahun yang berakhir 30 Juni
2025 (Tidak Diaudit) sebagai berikut:
Penjelasan: Kenaikan total Liabilitas disebabkan adanya
penambahan utang pembiayaan konsumen dibandingkan
tahun lalu.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak Kenaikan Liabilitas: Liabilitas meningkat 35%, tetapi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan rasio kewajiban terhadap total aset dan ekuitas menurun tajam
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, (masing-masing menjadi 5,37% dan 5,68%), menunjukkan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kemampuan solvabilitas yang sangat kuat.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with the Decree of the Board of Directors of the
Facts Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00015/BEI/01/2021
concerning Amendments to Regulation I-E on the Obligation to
Submit Information, we hereby state the following:
PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk hereby provides an
explanation regarding the change of more than 20% in the
Total Liabilities item in the Financial Statements for the year
ended June 30, 2025 (Unaudited), as follows:
Explanation:
The increase in total liabilities was due to an increase in
consumer financing debt compared to the previous year.
Impact of event, material information or Impact of the Increase in Liabilities:
facts towards Issuers or Public Liabilities increased by 35%, but the ratio of liabilities to total
Company’s operational activities, legal, assets and equity decreased significantly (to 5.37% and
financial condition, or going concern 5.68%, respectively), indicating a very strong solvency
capacity.
