Press Release
Elnusa and Bank BNI Sign Extension and Amendment of Credit Agreement
Worth USD 70 Million for the 2025–2027 Period
Jakarta, August 16, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under Pertamina’s
Upstream Subholding, signed an Extension and Amendment of its Credit Agreement with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)
Tbk (BNI), with a total facility of USD 70 million. The signing ceremony took place at Graha Elnusa, Jakarta, and was attended
by Elnusa’s President Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja; Elnusa’s Finance Director, Stanley Iriawan; and BNI’s Division Head
of Corporate Banking 2, Ditya Maharhani Harninda.

This collaboration marks the increase of Elnusa’s credit facility with Bank BNI to USD 70 million. The enhancement represents
a strategic step to strengthen capital structure, maintain financial stability, and support sustainable business growth
strategies for both Elnusa and its subsidiaries.

Since the beginning of the partnership in 2012, Elnusa and BNI have established cooperation through a Non-Cash Loan facility
with an initial ceiling of USD 25 million, which was later increased to USD 50 million in 2014. Along with the company’s
business growth and rising funding needs, the facility was further raised in 2025 to USD 70 million, with the inclusion of
Working Capital Credit (KMK) as part of the facility mix. Under this agreement, the Non-Cash Loan facility has been amended
to include KMK Sublimit Non-Cash Loan GB/SBLC, LC/SKBDN, and TR/KMK Post Import Financing.

Elnusa’s Finance Director, Stanley Iriawan, stated, “This credit facility is part of our financial strategy to strengthen capital
structure, maintain financial stability, and support sustainable business growth. It also enables us to access funds quickly and
flexibly to meet operational needs, both for Elnusa and its subsidiaries.”

Stanley further added, “This collaboration reflects the commitment of both parties to build a long-term, mutually beneficial
relationship while contributing to national economic growth.”

Through this credit facility enhancement, Elnusa reaffirms its commitment to continuously develop capacity and services
across all business lines, while strengthening its strategic role in supporting national energy security.
