Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2025 Perseroan menandatangani
Perjanjian Kredit dengan Bank BNI, dengan detail perubahan
sebagai berikut :
- Sebelumnya plafon Fasilitas Kredit Perseroan di Bank BNI
sebesar USD50,000,000.00 dengan tenor selama 12 bulan.
- Perseroan meningkatkan plafon Fasilitas Kredit di Bank BNI
menjadi sebesar USD70,000,000.00 dengan tenor selama 24
bulan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Peningkatan pada Plafond Fasilitas Kredit di Bank BNI, hal ini
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan termasuk kedalam Transaksi Material, karena nominal lebih
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dari 20% dari Ekuitas Perseroan. Namun hal ini tidak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berdampak negative bagi terhadap Kondisi Keuangan
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On August 15, 2025, the Company signed an Amendment to
Facts the Credit Agreement with Bank BNI, with the following
changes:
- Previously, the Company's credit facility limit at Bank BNI
was USD 50,000,000.00 with a tenor of 12 months.
- The Company has increased the credit facility limit at Bank
BNI to USD 70,000,000.00 with a tenor of 24 months.
Impact of event, material information or The increase in the credit facility limit at Bank BNI constitutes a
facts towards Issuers or Public Material Transaction, as the nominal value exceeds 20% of the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company's equity. However, this transaction does not have a
financial condition, or going concern negative impact on the Company's financial condition.
