PRESS RELEASE

Bank Jago Continues Growth with Solid Fundamentals

Jakarta, 23 July 2026 - PT Bank Jago Tbk continued its growth trajectory backed by solid
fundamentals. This was reflected in its positive performance throughout the first half of 2026
(H1-2026), marked by an increase in customer numbers, third party funds, and loan
disbursements.

As of the end of June 2026, Bank Jago has served 20.1 million customers, including 14.7
million funding customers using the Jago App. Bank Jago’s customer base grew by nearly 3
million compared to the 17,2 million recorded at the end of H1-2025.

The growing customer base contributed positively to third-party funds accumulation. By the
end of the first half of this year, total third party funds reached IDR 27.6 trillion, a 23%
increase from IDR 22.4 trillion at the end of June 2025. Current account and savings account
(CASA) dominated the third-party funds structure at 53% (IDR 14.6 trillion), while time
deposits accounted for 47% (IDR 13.1 trillion).

On the lending side, total loan disbursements reached IDR 26.6 trillion at the end of
H1-2026, up 24% compared to IDR 21.4 trillion in the same period last year. Bank Jago
prioritized asset quality and prudent lending practices, as evidenced by its gross
non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 0.8%, which remained significantly lower than the
national banking average.

"As a tech-based bank, this business growth is driven by product and service innovations,
along with strong collaboration with our strategic ecosystem partners. Through this, we can
deliver relevant financial solutions across various customer segments while building solid
fundamentals for future growth," said Bank Jago President Director Arief Harris.

For instance, Bank Jago's integration with the Bibit and Stockbit ecosystems enabled
customers to seamlessly connect and purchase investment products, such as mutual funds,
bonds, and stocks. Over 3.6 million Jago App users were currently connected with the Bibit
and Stockbit applications.

Meanwhile, lending collaborations with digital platforms, ecosystem partners, and financing
companies - including BFI Finance - allowed customers to access credit facilities while
expanding Bank Jago’s loan portfolio rapidly and measurably. Lending through partners
continued to serve as the primary engine for Bank Jago's financing business.

"We are committed to maintaining the business and lending collaboration initiatives that
have been successfully built over the past five years. At the same time, we are expanding
direct lending to customers through responsible lending principles to reach a broader market
segment," Arief explained.

As part of its commitment to responsible lending, Bank Jago introduced the Rapor Kredit
(Credit Report) feature on the Jago App to help borrowers understand their credit health.
Through this Rapor Kredit feature, users can access transparent credit health information
directly within the app, enabling them to evaluate their financial capacity and make
well-informed borrowing decisions tailored to their needs.

By the end of June 2026, Bank Jago’s total assets reached IDR 41.4 trillion, growing 28%
compared to IDR 32.4 trillion in June 2025. In line with asset growth, profitability rose with
net profit after tax (NPAT) reaching IDR 189 billion — a 49% increase from IDR 127 billion
recorded at the end of H1-2025.

Backing these strong fundamentals, Bank Jago maintained a solid capital adequacy ratio
(CAR) of 28.4%, highlighting a strong capital cushion to continuously innovate, collaborate,
and sustain long-term business growth.

"We want Bank Jago to be known not just as a bank in the customer's pocket, but as a
tech-based bank that empowers customers, ecosystem partners, and stakeholders to
expand their growth opportunities together through impactful innovation and collaboration,"
Arief concluded.
