Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa ARTODRCQ5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19
Agustus 2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
ARTODRCQ5A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 2.150 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham ARTO di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that ARTODRCQ5A is exercised on 19 August 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per ARTODRCQ5A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 2.150 being the closing price of ARTO Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.

= Number of Structured Warrant (Settlement Price – Exercise Price)
