ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that UNTRDRCQ5A is exercised on 19 Agustus 2025 ("Expiry Date") and
the structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per UNTRDRCQ5A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 24.130 being the closing price of UNTR Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
