Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material CBDK mencatat kinerja positif pada paruh pertama tahun 2025
dengan membukukan pendapatan sebesar Rp1,2 triliun,
meningkat 23% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu.
Kenaikan ini didukung oleh peningkatan serah terima produk,
khususnya pada kuartal kedua, yang turut mendorong
pertumbuhan laba kotor sebesar 29% YoY menjadi Rp726
miliar. Dari sisi profitabilitas, laba bersih yang diatribusikan
kepada pemilik entitas induk stabil di level Rp517 miliar
dengan margin 43%.

Facts posting revenue of IDR 1.2 trillion, an increase of 23%
compared to the same period last year. This growth was
supported by higher product handovers, particularly in the
second quarter, which also drove gross profit growth by 29%
YoY to IDR 726 billion. In terms of profitability, net profit
attributable to owners of the parent remained stable at IDR
517 billion, with a margin of 43%.
