Sampai saat ini Perusahaan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik. 2. Hingga saat ini Perusahaan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan ' Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi point III.2.1 dan IV.2.1 Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01- 2021. 3. Hingga saat ini Perusahaan tidak memiliki informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perusahaan serta kelangsungan hidup Perusahaan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Re: Reguest for Explanation on Securities Transaction Volatility Dear Sir/Madam, In connection with the Letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. S-09566/BEI.PP2/08-2025 that we received on Augus 15, 2025 regarding Reguest for Explanation on Securities Transaction Volatility, we hereby provide the following explanation: 1. Until now, the Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or the investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies. 2. Until now, the Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or the investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Rule Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information points III.2.1 and IV.2.1 of the Attachment to Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021. 3. Sampai saat ini Perusahaan belum 5. memiliki rencana untuk melakukan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. 6. Menurut informasi pemegang saham 6. utama, hingga saat ini belum ada rencana pasti terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Menurut informasi pemegang saham 7. utama, hingga saat ini belum ada rencana pasti terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Apabila ke depannya terdapat rencana dari pemegang saham utama — terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan, tentunya kami akan melakukan keterbukaan informasi sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
