Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Pelepasan saham milik PT Humpuss Transportasi
Kimia (HTK) pada Perseroan ke pasar bursa sebanyak
175.440.000 (seratus tujuh puluh lima juta empat ratus empat
puluh ribu) lembar saham atau setara dengan 0,98% saham
HTK di Perseroan.
2. Komposisi Pemegang Saham Perseroan
berdasarkan Daftar Pemegang Saham per tanggal 13 Agustus
2025 menjadi sebagai berikut:
Sebelum :
- PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk : 76,50%
- PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia : 8,06%
- Masyarakat : 15,44%
Sesudah :
- PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk : 76,50%
- PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia : 7,08%
- Masyarakat : 16,42%

0.98% of shares of HTK in the Company.
2. The composition of the shareholders of the Company
based on the Shareholder Register as of August 13, 2025 is as
