(jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 5.017 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham ASII di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that ASIIDRPQ5A is exercised on 15th August 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per ASIIDRPQ5A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 5.017 being the closing price of ASII Shares on Indonesia
Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
