Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan pada tanggal 14 Agustus 2025, megadakan acara
groundbreaking pembangunan pabrik baru yang berlokasi di
Desa Mojorejo, Kecamatan Bendosari, Kabupaten Sukoharjo.
Pabrik ini berdiri di atas lahan hampir 1 hektare dan dirancang
untuk memproduksi berbagai produk suplemen kesehatan
dalam bentuk softgel dan tablet, serta produk kosmetik.
Kehadiran pabrik baru ini diharapkan dapat memperluas
kapasitas produksi, memenuhi permintaan pasar yang terus
meningkat, dan membuka peluang ekspansi ke berbagai
segmen pasar baru, baik di dalam maupun luar negeri.
Sebagai bagian dari strategi pertumbuhan grup usaha OBAT,
anak perusahaan PT Botryo Herba Bioteknologi juga tengah
memperluas pabrik PKRT (Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah
Tangga) untuk memproduksi deterjen, berbagai produk
chemical kebersihan, dan kebutuhan rumah tangga. Pabrik ini
juga akan mengadopsi prinsip ramah lingkungan dalam proses
produksinya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan pembangunan pabrik baru ini, diperkirakan akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memberikan kontribusi mendongkrak penjualan dan

Description of Material Information or On August 14, 2025, the Company held a groundbreaking
Facts ceremony for the construction of a new factory located in
Mojorejo Village, Bendosari District, Sukoharjo Regency. This
factory stands on nearly 1 hectare of land and is designed to
produce various health supplement products in the form of
softgels and tablets, as well as cosmetic products. The
presence of this new factory is expected to expand production
capacity, meet increasing market demand, and open up
opportunities for expansion into various new market segments,
both domestically and internationally. As part of the OBAT
business group's growth strategy, its subsidiary PT Botryo
Herba Bioteknologi is also expanding its PKRT (Household
Health Supplies) factory to produce detergents, various
cleaning chemical products, and household necessities. This
factory will also adopt environmentally friendly principles in its
production process.
