Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Peraturan OJK No. 30/POJK.04/2017 tentang
Pembelian Kembali Saham Yang Dikeluarkan Oleh
Perusahaan Terbuka, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa
Perseroan akan melaksanakan pengalihan/ penjualan kembali
saham hasil pembelian kembali yang akan dilakukan di dalam
Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan rincian informasi sebagai
berikut:
1. Persoran menunjuk PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia sebagai
Anggota Bursa yang akan melakukan penjualan kembali
saham tersebut
2. Waktu Pelaksanaan penjualan saham dimulai dari tanggal
28 Agustus 2025 sampai dengan selesai
3. Jumlah saham yang akan dijual kembali adalah sebanyak
37.669.000 lembar saham
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan akan mendapatkan dana tambahan dari hasil
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan penjualan Saham Treasuri
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Facts concerning the Buyback of Shares Issued by Public
Companies, we hereby inform you that the Company will
transfer/resale the shares from the buyback to the Indonesia
Stock Exchange ("IDX"), with the following details:
1. The Company has appointed PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia
as the Exchange Member that will carry out the share resale.
2. The share sale period will be from August 28, 2025, until
completion.
3. The number of shares to be resale is 37,669,000 shares.
