Sesuai surat pengunduran diri tersebut, maka pengunduran diri akan efektif sejak penutupan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan pada tahun 2025. The Company has received resignation letter from Shinichi Takagi and Suprapto from their positions as member af the Board of Directors af the Company dated August 13, 2025. According to the resignation letter, the resignation shall be effective upon and as from the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company that will be conducted in the year of 2025.
