Aset tetap Perusahaan menggunakan model biaya sebagai kebijakan akuntansi pengukuran aset tetapnya. Aset Fixed assets
tetap dinyatakan berdasarkan biaya perolehan, dikurangi akumulasi penyusutan dan akumulasi rugi
penurunan nilai, jika ada. Biaya perolehan awal aset tetap meliputi harga perolehan, termasuk bea
impor dan pajak pembelian yang tidak boleh dikreditkan dan biaya-biaya yang dapat diatribusikan
secara langsung untuk membawa aset ke lokasi dan kondisi yang diinginkan sesuai dengan tujuan
penggunaan yang ditetapkan. Beban-beban yang timbul setelah aset tetap digunakan, seperti beban
perbaikan dan pemeliharaan, dibebankan ke laba rugi komprehensif pada saat terjadinya. Apabila

dari penggunaan atau pelepasannya. Aset tetap yang dijual atau dilepaskan, dikeluarkan dari
kelompok aset tetap berikut akumulasi penyusutan serta akumulasi penurunan nilai yang terkait
dengan aset tetap tersebut. Laba atau rugi yang timbul dari penghentian pengakuan aset tetap
ditentukan sebesar perbedaan antara jumlah neto hasil pelepasan, jika ada, dengan jumlah tercatat
dari aset tetap tersebut, dan diakui dalam laba rugi tahun berjalan pada tahun terjadinya penghentian
pengakuan. Nilai residu, umur manfaat, serta metode penyusutan ditelaah setiap akhir tahun dan
dilakukan penyesuaian apabila hasil telaah berbeda dengan estimasi sebelumnya. Aset dalam

sold or retired, the cost and related accumulated depreciation and any impairment loss are removed
from the accounts. Any gains or loss arising from derecognition of property and equipment (calculated
as the difference between the net disposal proceeds and the carrying amount of the item) is included in
the current year profit or loss in the year the item is derecognized. The asset residual values, useful
lives and depreciation method are reviewed and adjusted if appropriate, at each financial year end.
Asset in progress under development are stated at cost and presented as part of the property and
equipment. The accumulated cost will be reclassified to the appropriate property and equipment
account when the installation is substantially completed and the asset is ready for its intended use.

untuk mendiskonto arus kas masa datang dalam menghitung kerugian penurunan nilai. Pendapatan

yang sudah diakui tetapi belum ditagih akan dicadangkan. Pendapatan administrasi dari pembiayaan

The calculation includes all fees, commissions and other fees paid or received between parties to the
contract that are an integral part of the effective interest rate, transaction costs and all other premiums
or discounts. Transaction costs are additional charges that are directly attributable to the acquisition,
issuance or disposal of financial assets or financial liabilities. Additional costs are costs that would not
occur if the Company does not obtain, publish or otherwise dispose of financial instruments. Once a
financial asset or a group of similar financial assets has been written down as a result of an impairment
loss, interest income is recognised using the rate of interest used to discount the future cash flows for
the purpose of measuring the impairment loss. The Company financing receivables income is

Pendapatan dari piutang pembiayaan (Catatan 2e) diakui sesuai dengan jangka waktu kontrak
berdasarkan metode suku bunga efektif. Metode suku bunga efektif adalah metode yang digunakan
untuk menghitung biaya perolehan diamortisasi dari aset keuangan atau liabilitas keuangan dan
metode untuk mengalokasikan pendapatan bunga atau beban bunga selama periode yang relevan.
Suku bunga efektif adalah suku bunga yang secara tepat mendiskontokan estimasi pembayaran atau
penerimaan kas di masa mendatang selama perkiraan umur dari instrumen keuangan, atau jika lebih
tepat, digunakan periode yang lebih singkat untuk memperoleh nilai tercatat bersih dari aset keuangan
atau liabilitas keuangan. Pada saat menghitung suku bunga efektif, entitas mengestimasi arus kas
dengan mempertimbangkan seluruh persyaratan kontraktual dalam instrumen keuangan tersebut
(seperti pelunasan dipercepat, opsi beli (call option) dan opsi serupa lainnya), namun tidak
mempertimbangkan kerugian kredit di masa datang. Perhitungan ini mencakup seluruh biaya transaksi
yang dibayarkan atau diterima oleh para pihak dalam kontrak yang merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan
dari suku bunga efektif, biaya transaksi dan seluruh premi atau diskon lainnya. Biaya transaksi
merupakan biaya tambahan yang dapat diatribusikan secara langsung untuk perolehan, penerbitan
atau pelepasan aset keuangan atau liabilitas keuangan. Biaya tambahan merupakan biaya yang tidak

akan terjadi apabila Perusahaan tidak memperoleh, menerbitkan atau melepaskan instrumen
keuangan. Jika aset keuangan atau kelompok aset keuangan serupa telah diturunkan nilainya sebagai
akibat kerugian penurunan nilai, maka pendapatan bunga yang diperoleh setelahnya diakui
berdasarkan suku bunga yang digunakan untuk mendiskonto arus kas masa datang dalam menghitung
kerugian penurunan nilai. Pendapatan piutang pembiayaan Perusahaan disajikan bersih setelah
dikurangi dengan bagian pendapatan milik bank atau pihak lain sehubungan dengan transaksi-
transaksi penerusan pinjaman, pembiayaan bersama, anjak piutang dan penunjukan selaku pengelola
piutang. Untuk piutang pembiayaan yang pembayaran angsuran pokok atau bunganya telah lewat 90
(sembilan puluh) hari, pendapatan bunga yang sudah diakui tetapi belum ditagih akan dicadangkan.
Pendapatan administrasi dari pembiayaan barang durable diakui pada saat perjanjian piutang
pembiayaan ditandatangani. Untuk produk lain, pendapatan administrasi diakui sesuai dengan jangka
waktu kontrak. Income from financing receivables (Note 2e) are recognised over the term of the
contract based on the effective interest method. The effective interest method is a method of
calculating the amortized cost of a financial asset or a financial liability and of allocating the interest
income or interest expense over the relevant period. The effective interest rate is the rate that exactly
discounts estimated future cash payments or receipts through the expected life of the financial
instrument or, when appropriate, a shorter period to the net carrying amount of the financial asset or
financial liability. When calculating the effective interest rate, the Company estimates cash flow
considering all contractual term of the financial instrument (for example, prepayment options, call option
and other similar options) but does not consider future credit losses. The calculation includes all fees,
commissions and other fees paid or received between parties to the contract that are an integral part of
the effective interest rate, transaction costs and all other premiums or discounts. Transaction costs are
additional charges that are directly attributable to the acquisition, issuance or disposal of financial
assets or financial liabilities. Additional costs are costs that would not occur if the Company does not
obtain, publish or otherwise dispose of financial instruments. Once a financial asset or a group of
similar financial assets has been written down as a result of an impairment loss, interest income is
recognised using the rate of interest used to discount the future cash flows for the purpose of
measuring the impairment loss. The Company financing receivables income is presented net of with
financing receivables income belongs to the bank in relation with channeling transactions, joint
financing cooperations, factoring, and the appointment as manager of accounts receivable. For
financing receivables with principal or interest has been past due for 90 (ninety) days or more, the
interest income accrued but not yet collected is provided with allowance.Administration income from
durable goods financing is recognized when the financing receivables agreement signed off. For the
remaining product, administration income are recognised over the term of the contract.
Penjabaran mata uang asing Transaksi-transaksi dalam mata uang asing dijabarkan ke dalam Rupiah dengan menggunakan kurs Foreign currency translation
yang berlaku pada tanggal transaksi. Pada tanggal pelaporan, aset dan liabilitas moneter dalam mata
uang asing dijabarkan ke dalam Rupiah dengan menggunakan kurs yang berlaku pada tanggal laporan
posisi keuangan. Keuntungan dan kerugian selisih kurs yang timbul dari transaksi dalam mata uang
asing dan dari penjabaran aset dan liabilitas moneter dalam mata uang asing, diakui pada laporan laba
rugi dan penghasilan komprehensif lain periode berjalan. Kurs utama yang digunakan untuk
penjabaran mata uang asing pada tanggal 30 Juni 2024 dan 31 Desember 2023, berdasarkan kurs
tengah yang diterbitkan Bank Indonesia, yaitu sebesar Rp 16.421 dan 15.416. Transactions
denominated in foreign currencies are translated into Rupiah at the exchange rates prevailing at the

Pajak penghasilan Aset dan/atau liabilitas pajak kini terdiri dari liabilitas kepada, atau klaim dari kantor pelayanan pajak Income taxes

diterima. Jumlah tercatat aset pajak tangguhan ditelaah pada setiap tanggal laporan posisi keuangan
dan diturunkan apabila laba fiskal mungkin tidak memadai untuk mengkompensasi sebagian atau
semua aset pajak tangguhan. Aset pajak tangguhan yang belum diakui, diukur kembali pada tiap

tax assets and/or liabilities comprise those obligations to, or claims from tax authorities relating to the
current or prior reporting period, that are unpaid at the statement of financial position date. Current
income tax are calculated according to the tax rates and tax laws applicable to the fiscal periods to
which it relate, based on the taxable profit for the period. All changes to current tax assets or liabilities
are recognized as a component of income tax expense in the statement of profit or loss and other
comprehensive income. Deferred tax assets and liabilities are recognized for temporary differences
between the financial and the tax bases of assets and liabilities at each reporting date. Deferred tax
assets and liabilities are measured at the tax rates that are expected to apply to the year when the

deferred tax assets is reviewed at each statement of financial position date and reduced to the extent
that it is no longer probable that sufficient taxable profit will be available to allow all or part of the
deferred tax asset to be utilized. Unrecognized deferred tax assets are reassessed at each statement
of financial position date and are recognized to the extent that it has become probable that future
taxable income will allow the deferred tax asset to be recovered. Amendments to tax obligations are
recorded when an Assessment Letter is received and/or, if objected to and/or appealed against by the
Company, when the result of the objection and/or appeal is determined.
Imbalan kerja karyawan Perusahaan menerapkan PSAK 24 (Revisi 2015), Kerja dimana semua keuntungan (kerugian) aktuaria Employee benefits
dari liabilitas imbalan kerja Perusahaan harus diakui secara langsung di dalam penghasilan
komprehensif lain, secara retrospektif. Kebijakan akuntansi Perusahaan sebelumnya yang masih
menangguhkan keuntungan (kerugian) aktuaria dengan metode koridor tidak lagi diperbolehkan.
Perusahaan menyelenggarakan program imbalan pasti manfaat pasca kerja kepada para karyawannya
sesuai dengan Undang-undang No. 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja yang dikenal dengan -undang
Omnibus.Program pensiun manfaat pasti adalah program pensiun yang menentukan jumlah imbalan
pensiun yang akan diberikan, biasanya didasarkan pada satu faktor atau lebih seperti usia, masa kerja
atau jumlah kompensasi. Metode penilaian aktuarial yang digunakan untuk menentukan nilai kini
liabilitas imbalan pasti, beban jasa kini yang terkait, dan beban jasa lalu adalah metode Projected Unit
Credit. Beban jasa kini, beban bunga, beban jasa lalu yang telah menjadi hak karyawan, dan dampak
kurtailmen atau penyelesaian (jika ada) diakui pada laporan laba rugi dan penghasilan komprehensif
lain tahun berjalan. Beban jasa lalu yang belum menjadi hak karyawan dan keuntungan atau kerugian
aktuarial yang timbul dari penyesuaian atau perubahan asumsi aktuarial diakui dalam pendapatan
komprehensif lain dan disajikan dalam laporan laporan laba rugi dan penghasilan komprehensif lain.
Keuntungan dan kerugian aktuaria dan penyesuaian yang timbul yang telah diakui dalam pendapatan
komprehensif lain akan diakui segera dalam saldo laba. Keuntungan dan kerugian Aktuaria tidak

(if any) are charged directly to the current statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income.
Past service costs which are not yet vested and actuarial gains and losses arising from experience
adjustments and changes in actuarial assumptions recognised in other comprehensive income and
presented in the statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income. Actuarial gains and
losses and adjustments arising which recognised in other comprehensive income will be immediately
recognised in retained earnings. Actuarial gains and losses are not reclassified to profit or loss in
subsequent periods. Short-term employees benefits are recognized when they are owed to the
employees based on an accrual method.

Penentuan nilai wajar Nilai wajar untuk instrumen keuangan yang diperdagangkan di pasar aktif ditentukan berdasarkan Determination of fair value

not traded in an active market is determined using valuation techniques. These valuation techniques
maximise the use of observable market data where it is available and rely as little as possible on
estimates. If all significant inputs required to fair value an instrument are observable, the instrument is
included in level 2. If one or more of the significant inputs is not based on observable market data, the
instrument is included in level 3. Specific valuation techniques used to value financial instruments
include: the use of quoted market prices or dealer quotes for similar instruments; and other techniques,
such as discounted cashflows analysis, are used to determine fair value for the remaining financial

expense as incurred. Expenditure to acquire patents, trademarks and licences is capitalized. (i)
Software Software is initially recognized at acquisition cost. The acquisition cost of software consists of
its purchase price, including any directly attributable costs in bringing the software to its intended use.
After initial recognition, software is measured using cost model, stated at cost less accumulated
amortization and accumulated impairment losses.Subsequent expenditure on software assets is
capitalized only when it increases the future economic benefits embodied in the specific asset to which
it relates. All other expenditures are expensed as incurred. (ii) Exclusive licence Licence is initially

life of licence and software, from the date that it is available for use. The estimated useful life of licence
and software are five years. Amortization methods, useful lives and residual values are reviewed at
each financial year-end and adjusted if appropriate.Gains or losses on disposal of intangible asset are
determined by comparing proceeds with the carrying amount and are recognized in the statement of
profit orloss and other comprehensive income.

setelah menunggak lebih dari 180 hari. Penerimaan dari piutang yang telah dihapusbukukan diakui
sebagai pendapatan lain-lain pada saat diterima. Restrukturisasi pembiayaan konsumen berupa
modifikasi persyaratan kredit non substantial yang tidak menghasilkan penghentian pengakuan.
Pembiayaan yang direstrukturisasi disajikan sebesar nilai kini atas arus kas kontraktual setelah
restrukturisasi yang didiskontokan menggunakan suku bunga efektif awal. Selisih antara jumlah
tercatat bruto piutang pembiayaan konsumen pada tanggal restrukturisasi dengan nilai kini arus kas
kontraktual setelah restrukturisasi diakui dalam laba rugi. Setelah restrukturisasi, seluruh arus kas
kontraktual dalam persyaratan baru dicatat sebagai pengembalian pokok pembiayaan yang diberikan
dan pendapatan bunga sesuai dengan syarat-syarat restrukturisasi. Consumer financing receivables :
Consumer financing receivables are classified as financial assets measured at amortised cost, and
subsequent to initial recognition, are carried at amortised cost using the effective interest method.
Unearned consumer financing income represents the difference between total installments to be
received from the consumer and the principal amount financed, which is recognised as income over the
term of the contract based on effective interest rate of the related consumer financing receivable. Early
termination of a contract is treated as a cancellation of an existing contract and the resulting gain, if
any, is recognised in the current period profit or loss. Consumer financing receivables will be written-off
when they are overdue for more than 180 days. Recoveries from written-off receivables are recognised
as other income upon receipt. Restructuring of consumer financing is a non substantial modification of
the terms of the loans which does not result in derecognition. Restructured financing are stated at
present value of discounted contractual cash flows after restructuring using initial effective interest rate.
Differences arising from the gross carrying value of the consumer financing receivables at the time of
restructuring with present value of contractual cash flows after restructuring are recognized to profit or
loss. Thereafter, all the contractual cash flows under the new terms shall be accounted for as the
repayment of principal and interest income, in accordance with the restructuring scheme.

amortised cost. A financial assets is measured at amortised cost if it meets both of the following
conditions: - Financial assets is held within a business model whose objective is to hold financial assets
to collect contractual cash flows; and - Contractual terms give rise on specified dates to cash flows that
are solely payments of principal and interest on principal amount outstanding. At initial recognition, the
Company financial assets measured at amortised cost are measured at fair values plus or minus
directly attributable transaction costs and subsequently measured at amortized cost using the effective
interest rate method. Transaction costs include only those costs that are directly attributable to the
acquisition of loans or receivables and they are incremental costs that would not have been incurred if

Pengungkapan Disclosure
Pengungkapan catatan atas aset tetap Perusahaan menggunakan model biaya sebagai kebijakan akuntansi pengukuran aset tetapnya. Aset Disclosure of notes for property, plant
tetap dinyatakan berdasarkan biaya perolehan, dikurangi akumulasi penyusutan dan akumulasi rugi and equipment
penurunan nilai, jika ada. Biaya perolehan awal aset tetap meliputi harga perolehan, termasuk bea
impor dan pajak pembelian yang tidak boleh dikreditkan dan biaya-biaya yang dapat diatribusikan
secara langsung untuk membawa aset ke lokasi dan kondisi yang diinginkan sesuai dengan tujuan
penggunaan yang ditetapkan. Beban-beban yang timbul setelah aset tetap digunakan, seperti beban
perbaikan dan pemeliharaan, dibebankan ke laba rugi komprehensif pada saat terjadinya. Apabila
beban-beban tersebut menimbulkan peningkatan manfaat ekonomis di masa datang dari penggunaan
aset tetap tersebut yang dapat melebihi kinerja normalnya, maka beban-beban tersebut dikapitalisasi
sebagai tambahan biaya perolehan aset tetap. Penyusutan dihitung berdasarkan metode garis lurus
(straight-line method) selama masa manfaat aset tetap. Tanah dinyatakan pada harga perolehan dan
tidak disusutkan. Biaya legal awal untuk mendapatkan hak legal diakui sebagai bagian biaya akuisisi
tanah, biaya-biaya tersebut tidak didepresiasikan. Biaya terkait dengan pembaruan hak atas tanah
diakui sebagai aset takberwujud dan diamortisasi sepanjang umur hukum hak. Jumlah tercatat aset
tetap dihentikan pengakuannya (derecognized) pada saat dilepaskan atau tidak ada manfaat ekonomis
masa depan yang diharapkan dari penggunaan atau pelepasannya. Aset tetap yang dijual atau
dilepaskan, dikeluarkan dari kelompok aset tetap berikut akumulasi penyusutan serta akumulasi
penurunan nilai yang terkait dengan aset tetap tersebut. Laba atau rugi yang timbul dari penghentian
pengakuan aset tetap ditentukan sebesar perbedaan antara jumlah neto hasil pelepasan, jika ada,
dengan jumlah tercatat dari aset tetap tersebut, dan diakui dalam laba rugi tahun berjalan pada tahun
terjadinya penghentian pengakuan. Nilai residu, umur manfaat, serta metode penyusutan ditelaah
setiap akhir tahun dan dilakukan penyesuaian apabila hasil telaah berbeda dengan estimasi
sebelumnya. Aset dalam penyelesaian untuk pengembangan dinyatakan sebesar biaya perolehan dan
disajikan sebagai bagian dari aset tetap. Akumulasi biaya perolehan akan dipindahkan ke
masing-masing akun aset tetap yang bersangkutan pada saat aset tersebut selesai dikerjakan dan siap
digunakan. The Company uses the cost model for its property and equipment measurement. Property
and equipment are stated at cost, less accumulated depreciation and any impairment value, if any. The
initial cost of property and equipment consists of its purchase price, including import duties and
purchase taxes that should not be credited and any directly attributable costs in bringing the property
and equipment to its working condition and location for its intended use. Expenditures incurred after the
property and equipment have been put into operations, such as repairs and maintenance costs, are
normally charged to operations in the year such costs are incurred. In situations where it can be clearly
demonstrated that the expenditures have resulted in an increase in the future economic benefits
expected to be obtained from the use of the property and equipment beyond its originally assessed
standard of performance, the expenditures are capitalized as additional costs of property and
equipment. Depreciation is computed on a straight-line basis over the property and equipment useful
lives. Land is stated at cost and not depreciated. Initial legal costs incurred to obtain legal rights are
recognised as part of the acquisition cost of the land, and these cost area not depreciated. Costs
related to renewal of land rights are recognised as intangible assets and amortised during the period of

the land rights. An item of property and equipment is derecognized upon disposal or when no future
economic benefits are expected from its use or disposal. When assets are sold or retired, the cost and
related accumulated depreciation and any impairment loss are removed from the accounts. Any gains
or loss arising from derecognition of property and equipment (calculated as the difference between the
net disposal proceeds and the carrying amount of the item) is included in the current year profit or loss
in the year the item is derecognized. The asset residual values, useful lives and depreciation method
are reviewed and adjusted if appropriate, at each financial year end. Asset in progress under
development are stated at cost and presented as part of the property and equipment. The accumulated
cost will be reclassified to the appropriate property and equipment account when the installation is
substantially completed and the asset is ready for its intended use.
