                           ANNOUNCEMENT OF
               ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
    OF PT. CENTURY TEXTILE INDUSTRY TBK ABBREVIATED PT. CENTEX TBK


-It is hereby annouced to the shareholders of PT. Century Textile Industry Tbk abbreviated
PT. Centex Tbk, domiciled in East Jakarta and having its address at Jl. Raya Bogor Km. 27,
Kelurahan Ciracas, Kecamatan Ciracas, East Jakarta 13740 (the “Company”) that the Company will
convene an Annual General meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) in Jakarta on Wednesday,
17 September 2025.
-The notices for such AGM will be made through the website of KSEI, the website of the Indonesia
Stock Exchange and the website of the Company on 26 August 2025.
-The shareholders who are entitled to attend the AGM shall be those shareholders of the Company
whose names are validly registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company on 25 Agustus
2025 at 04:00 pm West Indonesia Time or their lawful attorney.
-The shareholders of the Company who represent at least 1/20 (one twentieth) of the total number of
shares with legal voting rights issued by the Company shall be entitled to propose agenda items to be
included in the agenda items of the AGM, provided that such proposal meet the requirements in
paragraph 21.5 of Article 21 of the Articles of Association of the Company, namely such proposal:
(i) is submitted in good faith, (ii) considers the interest of the Company, (iii) that the proposed agenda
items need a decision of a GMOS, (iv) include reasons and materials of the proposed agenda items,
and (v) do not conflict with the prevailing rules and legislations.
-The proposed agenda items should have been received by the Board of Directors of the Company at
least 7 (seven) days prior to the date of notices for the AGM.
