                                            Dampak Kondisi Keuangan
                                            Dengan meluasnya cakupan jasa kepelabuhanan yang dapat
                                            diberikan oleh anak perusahaan Perseroan di sektor lain
                                            selain sektor batubara, maka terdapat potensi peningkatan
                                            pendapatan yang dapat diperoleh oleh Perseroan melalui
                                            adanya pembagian dividen yang dibagikan anak-anak
                                            perusahaan Perseroan.

                                            Dampak Kelangsungan Usaha
                                            Adanya Perjanjian Konsesi yang memberikan hak kepada PT
                                            Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi untuk melakukan kegiatan usaha
                                            jasa kepelabuhanan selama jangka waktu 27 (dua puluh tujuh)
                                            tahun sejak dilakukannya penandatanganan Perjanjian
                                            Konsesi diharapkan dapat mendukung kemampuan Perseroan
                                            untuk dapat terus beroperasi di masa mendatang dengan
                                            tetap berkomitmen untuk mengambil langkah-langkah strategis
                                            guna menjaga keberlangsungan Perseroan.

 Description of Material Information or        On August 5, 2025, a Concession Agreement was signed
 Facts                                         between the subsidiary of the Company, PT Pelabuhan
                                               Talenta Bumi, and the Class I Banjarmasin Harbor Master and
                                               Port Authority, Directorate General of Sea Transportation, the
                                               Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. With
                                               the signing of this Concession Agreement, the subsidiary of
                                               the Company, PT Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi, obtained the
                                               concession rights to carry out port service activities in the PT
                                               Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi port area in Banjarmasin for a period
                                               of 27 (twenty-seven) years starting from the date the
                                               Concession Agreement was signed.
 Impact of event, material information or      Impact of Operational Activities
 facts towards Issuers or Public               Until now, the only subsidiary of the Company conducting
 Company’s operational activities, legal,      operational activities is PT Talenta Bumi, so with the existence
 financial condition, or going concern         of this Concession Agreement, PT Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi
                                               can commence operations. With this Concession Agreement,
                                               the subsidiary of the Company, namely PT Pelabuhan Talenta
                                               Bumi, obtains the right to provide port services to many other
                                               sectors besides the coal sector in the Banjarmasin Port area.

                                               Impact of Financial Conditions
                                               With the expanding scope of port services that can be
                                               provided by the Companys subsidiaries in sectors other than
                                               coal, there is potential for increase in revenue that can be
                                               obtained by the Company through the dividends distributed by
                                               its subsidiaries.

                                               Impact on Business Sustainability
                                               The Concession Agreement granted PT Pelabuhan Talenta
                                               Bumi the right to conduct port services business activities for a
                                               period of 27 (twenty seven) years from the signing of the
                                               Concession Agreement thus supporting the Companys ability
                                               to continue operating in the future while remaining committed
                                               to taking strategic steps to ensure the Companys
                                               sustainability.
