KPIG Joins MSCI Global Equity Index,
Enhancing Global Investor Appeal
Jakarta, August 8, 2025 – PT MNC Tourism Indonesia Tbk (IDX: KPIG or the Company) has officially been
included in the MSCI Global Equity Index, Small Cap Indexes for the August 2025 review. The inclusion will
become effective on August 27, 2025, following the close of trading on August 26, 2025.
MSCI is a leading provider of global equity indexes, widely recognized as a key benchmark for institutional
investors, asset managers, and individual investors worldwide to measure portfolio performance and
construct investment strategies. Inclusion in this prestigious index strengthens a listed company’s visibility
and profile in international capital markets, enhances potential share liquidity, and expands access to a
broader global investor base.

In H1-2025, KPIG recorded consolidated revenue of Rp964.0 billion, representing a 25.6% yoy growth
compared to the same period last year. MNC Tourism holds a premier portfolio of Tourism & Hospitality
assets in Indonesia, including the MNC Lido City Special Economic Zone (SEZ), featuring Trump International
Golf Club Lido, Trump Private Clubhouses, Trump Residences, Hyatt Regency Lido Resort, and Movieland. The
Company also owns other strategic assets in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali.
