Ringkasan Transaksi (1) Objek: | Perjanjian Jual Beli Tenaga Listrik berdasarkan Perjanjian Nomor Transaction Summary (2 (8 (4 () (2) OST20250805-249 tanggal 5 Agustus 2025 antara PT Obi Sinar Timur (“OST”) dan Entitas Anak Perusahaan yaitu PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (“HJF”) (selanjutnya disebut dengan “Perjanjian atau Transaksi”). Listrik yang disalurkan berdasarkan Perjanjian ini hanya bersifat tambahan atau pengganti sementara (back-up) apabila dikemudian hari terdapat kekurangan atau hambatan pasokan listrik dari pembangkit listrik yang dimiliki oleh HJF. Harga Jual: Tarif listrik yang berlaku ditentukan oleh Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (“ESDM”) No. 95.K/TL.04/MEM.L/2025 tanggal 17 Maret 2025 tentang Tarif Tenaga Listrik Yang Disediakan oleh PT Obi Sinar Timur. Nilai total transaksi akan tergantung pada volume pemakaian listrik bulanan. Jangka Waktu: Perjanjian ini berlaku sejak tanggal penandatanganan dan diakhiri melalui Perjanjian Pengakhiran. Ruang Lingkup Perjanjian Perjanjian ini bertujuan untuk penyaluran listrik guna menunjang kegiatan operasional HJF. Objects: Electricity Sale and Purchase Agreement based on Agreement No. OST20250805-249 dated 5 August 2025 between PT Obi Sinar Timur (“OST) and the Company's Subsidiaries, namely PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (“HJF”) (hereinafter refers to as “Agreement or Transaction”). The electricity distributed based on this Agreement is only an additional or temporary replacement (back-up) if in the future there is a shortage or disruption in the electricity supply from the power plant owned by HJF. Selling Price: The applicable electricity tariff is determined by the Decree of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ESDM”) No. pg. 2014

The total transaction value will depend on the monthly electricity consumption volume. (3) Terms: This Agreement is effective from the date of Signing and terminated through a Termination Agreement.
