Readiness of Funds for Payment of Principal and Twelfth Interest of Shelf Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase III Year 2022 Series B. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap III Tahun 2022 Seri B yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 1 September 2025 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 8,25Yp (delapan koma dua lima persen) pertahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 1 September 2025. We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the paymentof the principal and twelfth interestof Shelf Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase III Year 2022 Series B which will be matured on 1 September 2025 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 8.254 (eight point two five per cent) peryear. The aforesaid fund will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) before 1 September 2025. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan Impact of such material information or facts on the Company's operational, law, financial condition or business continuity Tidak terdapat dampak material atas informasi material berupa pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap III Tahun 2022 Seri B terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. There is no material impact on the material information in the form of the payment of the principal and twelfth interest of Shelf Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase III Year 2022 Series B on the Company's operational, law, financial condition or business continuity.
