Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk surat KSEI No. KSEI-17524/JKU/0726 tertanggal 6
Juli 2026, dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa Perseroan
melalui KSEI telah melakukan pelunasan pokok dan
pembayaran bunga atas Obligasi II SR A dan pembayaran
sisa imbalan dan cicilan imbalan atas Sukuk Ijarah I SR A
Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem Tahun 2025 kepada pemegang
Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah yang telah dilakukan via sistem C-
Best ke sub rekening dari pemegang rekening KSEI pada
tanggal 20 Juli 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga atas Obligasi II SR
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan A dan pembayaran sisa imbalan dan cicilan imbalan atas
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Sukuk Ijarah I SR A Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem Tahun 2025
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau memberikan dampak positif bagi Emiten, menunjukkan
Perusahaan Publik kemampuan Perseroan untuk memenuhi seluruh kewajiban
finansialnya secara tepat waktu. Hal ini meningkatkan
kepercayaan pemegang obligasi dan pemangku kepentingan
lainnya. Tidak terdapat dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, maupun kelangsungan
usaha Perseroan; seluruh aktivitas usaha tetap berjalan
normal.
Informasi Lain
Perseroan menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi ini sehubungan dengan pemenuhan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik.

Description of Material Information or Referring to the KSEI letter No. KSEI-17524/JKU/0726 dated
Facts July 6, 2026, we hereby inform you that the Company through
KSEI has made the principal payment and interest payment on
Bonds II SR A, as well as the remaining Ijarah return and
periodic Ijarah return on Sharia Bonds I SR A Integrasi
Jaringan Ekosistem Year 2025 to the Bondholders and Sharia
Bondholders which has been done through the C-Best system
to the sub-securities account of the KSEI account holder on
July 20, 2026.
Impact of event, material information or The principal repayment and the interest payment of the
facts towards Issuers or Public Bonds II SR A, as well as the payment of the remaining Ijarah
Company’s operational activities, legal, return and periodic Ijarah return on Sharia Bonds I SR A
financial condition, or going concern Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem Year 2025 provide a positive
impact on the Issuer, demonstrating the Companys ability to
fulfill its financial obligations in a timely manner. This enhances
the confidence of bondholders and other stakeholders. There
is no negative impact on the Companys operations, legal
matters, financial condition, or business continuity; all business
activities continue to run normally.
Other Information
The Company submits this Disclosure of Information in connection with complying with the Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or
Public Companies.
