Apolpo LLC and PT Xolare RCR Energy, Tbk Signing Partnership Agreement to Enter
Indonesia’s Emerging CCUS Market

Jakarta, Indonesia / Michigan, USA – 1st of August 2025

Apolpo LLC, a U.S.-based climate strategy and carbon solutions company, and PT
Xolare RCR Energy, Tbk (IDX: SOLA), a publicly listed energy infrastructure firm in
Indonesia, have announced an exclusive partnership to accelerate the development of
Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) projects in Indonesia.

Under this long-term agreement, PT Xolare RCR Energy is appointed as the exclusive
representative of Apolpo LLC in Indonesia, with a mandate to originate, develop, and
execute CCUS initiatives that can help decarbonize key sectors including energy,
manufacturing, and industrial processes.

This collaboration is positioned to capture value from a rapidly growing global market.
According to market research, the global CCUS market is projected to reach USD 17.5
billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of over 19%, driven by regulatory mandates and
net-zero commitments worldwide. Regionally, Indonesia is emerging as a strategic hub
for CCUS in Southeast Asia, with a projected CCUS investment potential of over USD 3
billion by 2035, as outlined in the country’s National Energy Grand Strategy (GSEN)
and supported by IEA and World Bank assessments.

potential integration with carbon credit markets.
