telah disampaikan dengan surat No. 07 IV TI 2024 tanggal 5
April 2024, dimana Perseroan melakukan penghentian
sementara atas penjualan sisa saham tresuri hasil pembelian
kembali periode 2021 - 2022 yang belum dialihkan Perseroan
sejak disetujuinya Pembelian Kembali Tahun 2024 tanggal 29
April 2024 dan berakhir tanggal 29 April 2025. Dengan
berakhirnya masa pembelian kembali, Perseroan bermaksud
untuk melanjutkan kembali penjualan sisa saham tresuri hasil
pembelian kembali periode 2021 - 2022 yang belum dialihkan
Perseroan dengan perincian sebagai berikut:

Suspension of the Transfer of Shares from the Buyback Result
which has been submitted by letter No. 07/IV/TI/2024 dated
April 5, 2024, where the Company has temporarily suspended
the sale of remaining treasury shares resulting from the 2021-
2022 buyback period that have not been transferred by the
Company since the approval of the 2024 Buyback on April 29,
2024 and ending on April 29, 2025. With the end of the
buyback period, the Company intends to resume the sale of
remaining treasury shares resulting from the 2021-2022
buyback period that have not been transferred by the
