PENGUMUMAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (“AKRA”) pada tanggal 28 Juli 2025
tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai Interim disampaikan bahwa sesuai keputusan Direksi yang
telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 24 Juli 2025, AKRA menyampaikan rencana pembagian

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT AKRADRCQ5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (“AKRA”) dated 28 July 2025, related
to Corporate Action – with the results of Tahunan General Meeting the dated 24 July 2025, has resolved,
AKRA had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2025, which will be paid as follows:
