Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I. Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (selanjutnya
disebut dengan SMMA) berencana melakukan Penyertaan
modal / Investasi pada PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia
(selanjutnya disebut dengan AJGI) berkedudukan di Jakarta
yang bergerak dalam bidang Asuransi Jiwa sebanyak 2% atau
sebesar Rp. 22.100.000.000,- (dua puluh dua miliar seratus
juta rupiah).
II. Jumlah penyertaan modal tersebut tidak melebihi 20
% dari ekuitas Perusahaan, sehingga penyertaan modal
tersebut tidak bersifat material.
III. Saat ini mengenai transaksi tersebut masih dalam
proses due dilligence dan persetujuan/laporan kepada Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
IV. Bahwa atas penyertaan modal dari SMMA sebesar
2% tersebut dilakukan melalui transaksi jual beli dengan PT
Puncak Nusantara.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or I. That PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (hereinafter referred to as
Facts "SMMA") plans to make a 2% equity participation/investment in
PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia (hereinafter referred to
as "AJGI"), a life insurance company domiciled in Jakarta,
amounting to Rp 22,100,000,000 (twenty-two billion one
hundred million rupiah).
II. The amount of the equity participation does not exceed 20%
of the Company's equity, therefore, the equity participation is
not material.
III. The transaction is currently undergoing due diligence and
approval/reporting to the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
IV. That the 2% equity participation from SMMA was
conducted through a sale and purchase transaction with PT
Puncak Nusantara.
