Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat
terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan
terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Peraturan OJK.

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau
fakta material yang mempengaruhi nilai efek atau
keputusan pemodal.

Perseroan selalu mentaati dan memenuhi
kewajiban penyampaian informasi sesuai dengan
Peraturan BEI.

tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya
yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek
Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan
yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.

Perseroan tidak mengetahui
Pemegang Saham tertentu berkaitan dengan
perdagangan saham emiten serta tidak ada
pemberitahuan dari Pemegang Saham tertentu
yang disampaikan kepada Perseroan.

Hingga saat ini dapat kami sampaikan bahwa
Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi lainnya untuk 3
(tiga) bulan kedepan.

aware of any material information or facts that
influence the shares value or investors' decisions.
The Company will always comply and fulfills the
obligation to publish information in accordance
with the OJK Regulations.

related to the trading of the issuer's shares and no
notification from certain Shareholders has been
submitted to the Company.

Up to date, we can say that the Company has no
plans to take any other corporate actions for the
next 3 (three) months.
