Penyebab :
Pada tanggal 10 Februari 2025, Majelis Hakim Pengadilan
Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat telah
memutuskan PT Indofarma Global Medika (IGM)-Entitas Anak
berada dalam Kepailitan melalui Putusan No.144/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, Putusan Pailit, yang
mengakibatkan PT Indofarma Tbk (Entitas induk) kehilangan
pengendalian terhadap PT IGM.
Laporan Keuangan tanggal 30 Juni 2025 yang disajikan
adalah Laporan Keuangan Induk saja, dimana Jumlah
Liabilitas tidak termasuk Liabilitas PT IGM sehingga
mengalami penurunan yang signifikan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan lebih dari 20% pada pos Jumlah Liabilitas Tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Cause:
On February 10, 2025, the Commercial Court Panel of Judges
at the Central Jakarta District Court ruled that PT Indofarma
Global Medika (IGM) - Subsidiary Entity was in bankruptcy
through Decision No. 144/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.
Jkt.Pst, Bankruptcy Ruling, resulting in PT Indofarma Tbk
(Parent Entity) losing control over PT IGM.
The Financial Statements as of June 30, 2025, presented are
the Parent Entity's Financial Statements only, where Total
Liabilities do not include PT IGM's Liabilities, resulting in a
significant decrease
