Exports Up 133%, OMED Gears Up for Aggressive Global Expansion
                              Surabaya, August 1, 2025

PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (IDX: OMED) recorded solid performance in the first
half of 2025. Amid global supply chain dynamics and expansion into international
markets, OMED booked revenue of IDR 925.8 billion, up 5.25% compared to the same
period last year. EBITDA rose 3.63% to IDR 195.2 billion, maintaining a strong margin
of 21.1%, signaling the company’s success in preserving efficiency amid expansion
and shifting market conditions. Net profit increased 6.50% to IDR 154.7 billion, with
margins improving from 16.2% to 16.7%.
Sales volume increased 7.95% YoY, driven by surging demand in the Diagnostic &
Equipment segment (+84.87%), as well as robust growth in Biotech & Lab (+23.98%)
and Wound Care (+11.93%). The Disposable & Consumables segment, which
remains the company’s sales backbone, also recorded a solid growth of 6.78%.

Export performance was a standout achievement this period, with a significant YoY
increase of 133.4% to IDR 3.3 billion, fueled by strong demand from the United States
and Latin American countries. This achievement reflects OMED’s readiness to
accelerate its international expansion.

Looking ahead, export potential is set to expand further, supported by a new bilateral
policy between Indonesia and the U.S. that lowers import tariffs on Indonesian medical
devices to just 19%—much lower than many competing countries in the region. OMED
is preparing product validation and expanding production capacity to begin large-scale
exports to the United States in 2026.

As of June 2025, OMED’s financial structure remains solid with total assets of IDR
2.84 trillion. Equity increased by 2.1%, liabilities declined by 12.4% due to MTN
repayment, and the debt-to-equity ratio remains very low at 0.02—reflecting prudent
financial management.

“With a healthy financial structure, strong cash position, and enormous export
opportunities, we are confident in our ability to capitalize on this momentum to
accelerate global expansion,” said Louis Hartanto, OMED’s Director of Sales &
Marketing.
