Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan IV.2.11 Peraturan Nomor I-E tenrang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
sebagaimana diatur dalan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BE1/12-2025 tanggal
12 Desember 2025, bersama ini atas nama PT Arkora Hydro Tbk akan menyiapkan dana untuk Pelunasan
Obligasi Berwawasan Lingkungan I Arkora Hydro Tahun 2023 Seri A senilai Rp318.060.000.000,- (tiga ratus
delapan belas miliar enam puluh juta Rupiah) yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 08 Agustus 2026.

In compliance with Provision IV.2.11 of Regulation No. I-E£ on the Obligation to Submit Information, as stipulated
under the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BE1/12-2025 dated 12
December 2025, we hereby inform you, on behalf of PT Arkora Hydro Tbk, that the Company has prepared the
funds for the redemption of the Arkora Hydro Green Bonds I Year 2023 Series A in the amount of IDR
318,060,000,000 (three hundred eighteen billion sixty million Rupiah), which will mature on 8 August 2026.
