yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2026;
2. Perseroan akan menyediakan dana pembayaran
pokok Obligasi II Wahana Inti Selaras Tahun 2023 Seri B
sebesar Rp 845.505.000.000,- (Delapan Ratus Empat Puluh
Lima Miliar Lima Ratus Lima Juta Rupiah) dari Kas dan hasil
collection serta pengumpulan Piutang Perusahaan yang mana
posisi Kas Perusahaan pada Desember 2025 adalah
mencapai lebih dari Rp 225,3 Miliar dan posisi Piutang
Perusahaan mencapai lebih dari Rp 3,6 Triliun.

Description of Material Information or 1. Wahana Inti Selaras II Bonds Year 2023 Series B will
Facts mature on August 8, 2026.
2. The Company will provide funds for the principal payment of
the Wahana Inti Selaras II Bonds Year 2023 Series B in the
amount of IDR 845,505,000,000,- (Eight Hundred Forty-Five
Billion Five Hundred Five Million Rupiah), sourced from the
Company's cash balance and collections of Company's
receivables. As of December 2025, the Company's cash
position reached IDR 225.3 billion, while its receivables
reached more than IDR 3.6 trillion.
