           MID-2025, LABS Posts Positive Performance,
                    Net Profit Grows by 299%

JAKARTA – PT UBC Medical Indonesia Tbk (“the Company”), known by the stock code
“LABS” and a pioneer in medical equipment distribution in Indonesia, has published its
financial report for mid-year 2025. Over a six-month operational period, the Company’s
revenue increased by 34% compared to the first half of 2024.

In terms of revenue, the Company generated IDR 86.7 billion in mid-2025, marking a 34%
increase from the IDR 66.5 billion recorded during the same period in 2024. In addition, the
Company reported a net profit of IDR 7.06 billion, representing a 299% increase compared
to the mid-year profit of IDR 1.7 billion in the previous year.

The Company’s President Director, F.X Yoshua Raintjung, stated that this positive
achievement was driven by rising public awareness of the importance of routine health check-
ups, which provided a boost to the Company’s performance. "Over the past six months, there
has been a significant increase in the Company’s sales in support of government programs.
This was driven by high customer demand related to routine check-ups," explained Yoshua.

Yoshua also revealed that the Company plans to introduce more innovative products,
including primary healthcare services in the eye examination segment using a fundus camera
equipped with AI technology. This technology can help facilitate eye examinations even in
the most remote regions of Indonesia.

He added, "Considering the high demand in remote areas of Indonesia and the lack of retina
specialists, the Company is optimistic that this innovation will help drive a target increase in
net profit of up to 35% from 2024," Yoshua said in closing.
