   Q2 2025 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:
• Since the acquisition of Aster on April 1, 2025, Aster Financials is fully integrated following a thorough evaluation to reflect bargain
  purchase accounting and the recording of negative goodwill due to the highly value accretive nature of the transaction.
• The balance sheet of Chandra Asri is strengthened with the additional assets of Aster which brings the total assets as of June 30,
  2025 to US$10.4 billion.
• The acquisition also enables Chandra Asri to enter the refinery business and to expand its chemical segment’s product lines.
• For YTD June 2025, Chandra Asri recorded net income of US$1.6 billion, including negative goodwill arising from the completion

                 Chandra Asri Group Donates Eco-Friendly Bricks Made from Non-B3 Fly Ash &
                 Bottom Ash (FABA) Operational Waste
                 Chandra Asri Group donated 2,500 units of environmentally friendly concrete
                 bricks made from processed non-B3 Fly Ash & Bottom Ash (FABA) waste for
                 public facilities in Anyar District, Serang Regency, Banten. The donation was
                 symbolically handed over on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Ar-Rahmah Mosque,
                 Pegadungan, Anyar Village, Anyar District. The company initiated the production
                 of bricks from factory operational waste as part of its circular economy initiative,
                 and for the first time, donated them for the construction of a mosque in Anyar
                 Village. This brick innovation using FABA waste is a pilot step in green product
                 development and part of the company’s efforts to create value-added, practical,
                 and safe products by optimizing the use of operational waste.

                 Chandra Asri Group Strengthens Logistics and Storage Pillar for Industry
                 In order to strengthen the integration of the logistics ecosystem and enhance
                 reliable storage facilities for the industry, Chandra Asri Group, through CDI
                 Group, a special-purpose vehicle dedicated to investing in infrastructure
                 solutions for Chandra Asri Group manages two strategic subsidiaries, PT Chandra
                 Shipping International (CSI) and PT Redeco Petrolin Utama (RPU). RPU operates
                 in the port & storage sector, while CSI is engaged in the logistics sector. RPU
                 operates 72 storage tanks of various sizes with a total capacity of 129,700 KL,
                 two private-owned jetties, and a Centralized Filling Station (CFS).

                 Chandra Asri Group Develops Skilled Human Resources Through Petrochemical
                 Vocational Education
                 Chandra Asri Group, through the Politeknik Industri Petrokimia Banten (PIPB), is
                 contributing to the development of the vocational education sector as part of its
                 commitment to producing skilled and job-ready human resources for the
                 industrial sector. This support includes the development of educational
                 curriculum, the provision of practical training equipment, internship
                 opportunities at the company, and the involvement of industry professionals as
                 lecturers — all aimed at creating skilled human resources in the petrochemical
                 sector to meet industry labor demands.
                 Chandra Asri Group's Contribution to National Resilience with the Indonesian
                 Ministry of Defense
                 A Cooperation Agreement (PKS) was signed by Chandra Asri Group and the
                 Directorate General of Defense Potential of the Ministry of Defense of the
                 Republic of Indonesia (Kemhan RI) as part of an initiative to support Reserve
                 Component (Komcad) training. Chandra Asri Group will include 200 participants
                 in the Komcad training as a form of synergy between the industrial sector and
                 the government in strengthening national resilience. With this cooperation,
                 Chandra Asri Group strengthens the role of the business world in supporting
                 national defense and is committed to continuing to establish cross-sector
                 collaboration for sustainable national defense development.

                 ‘Pos Gizi’ Program, Chandra Asri Group’s Contribution to Improving Children’s
                 Nutrition Status
                 Chandra Asri Group and the Family Empowerment and Welfare Team (PKK) of
                 Cilegon City have officially wrapped up the 2024/2025 Nutrition Post Program
                 for Children. This program focused on helping improve children’s growth and
                 development in the company’s operational areas, especially in the districts of
                 Ciwandan and Citangkil. Activities included basic health checks, consultations
                 with doctors and psychologists, monitoring children’s nutrition, providing
                 healthy meals (PMT), and holding parenting classes to educate parents.

Chandra Asri Group Builds Industry-Community Relationship through Basic
Food Distribution in Warnasari & Samangraya Villages
A total of 300 basic food packages were distributed by Chandra Asri Group to
residents of Warnasari Village and Samangraya Village in Citangkil District,
Cilegon City. This assistance is a form of Chandra Asri Group's concern for the
community around the operational area through direct benefits. The food
packages distributed contained basic necessities such as rice, cooking oil, sugar,
instant noodles, and tea. The distribution of these basic necessities is supported
by the Cilegon Resort Police (Polres) and the village administration so that the
assistance is received precisely for the target community in need.

Chandra Asri Group Reviews Potential Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Hub in
Indonesia
Chandra Asri Group’s commitment to sustainability continues through the
potential development of a Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Hub in Banten,
Indonesia, as revealed in IPA Convex 2025. This initiative supports industrial
decarbonization and Net Zero Carbon 2060 by leveraging strategic locations in
Cilegon and Serang, the hubs of the petrochemical, power, steel and cement
industries. With experience in managing integrated industrial-scale
infrastructure, the company is optimistic that this project can be realized
through collaboration with strategic partners.


Jakarta Martial Arts Extravaganza (JMAE) 2025 Presents Diverse Sustainability
Initiatives with Chandra Asri Group
Jakarta Martial Arts Extravaganza (JMAE) 2025 has become a pioneer in
promoting Green Sports, achieving a 68% reduction in carbon emissions to just
7.51 tCO₂ compared to conventional sporting events. This initiative is fully
supported by PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group), a strategic
partner of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI), particularly in
waste management and carbon footprint calculation.



Chandra Asri Group Introduces Ports and Marine Logistics Business at
Indonesia Maritime Week 2025
Chandra Asri Group participated in Indonesia Maritime Week (IMW) 2025 held
at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) on May 26-28, 2025. In this event,
Chandra Asri Group introduced the Ports & Storage and Logistics business lines
developed to support the needs of national industrial infrastructure. The
participation in IWM 2025 was represented by Chandra Asri Group's subsidiaries,
PT Chandra Pelabuhan Nusantara (CPN) and PT Chandra Shipping International.
Through the integrated service portfolio displayed at IMW 2025, Chandra Asri
Group wants to demonstrate the Company's active role in supporting strategic
industries through efficient and sustainable logistics and infrastructure services.

Chandra Asri Group Develops Recycling Ecosystem through CIRCLO® Shredded
Plastic Product
In commemoration of World Environment Day 2025, Chandra Asri Group
introduces one of its plastic recycling ecosystem initiatives, CIRCLO®, as a
commercial shredded plastic product. CIRCLO® supports the circular economy
concept by transforming low-value plastic waste into high-value raw materials.
This product meets the specifications for plastic asphalt mixtures in accordance
with the standards of the Ministry of Public Works, making it a sustainable
solution that is not only economically valuable but also complies with
infrastructure quality and safety standards.

Chandra Asri Group proudly received three awards at the 2025 TOP CSR Awards,

Chandra Asri Group Engages Journalists to Collect Used Cooking Oil through
MINYAKU Program
As part of its effort to expand the reach of the MINYAKU program, Chandra Asri
Group invited mass media journalists based in Cilegon to participate in a
collective effort to collect used cooking oil (UCO). This program, which involved
journalists from various local media outlets in Cilegon, received an enthusiastic
response and significant contributions, resulting in a total collection of 2.9 tons
of used cooking oil from the journalist community.

Stock Exchange, spanning sectors such as finance, energy, manufacturing, and
technology. The inclusion of Chandra Asri Group highlights our commitment to
strengthening the national petrochemical industry and driving sustainable
economic growth through innovation, strategic expansion, and continuous
business transformation.

Chandra Asri Group and Cilegon City Environmental Agency Introduce KOLASE
Program to 48 Schools
Chandra Asri Group, in collaboration with the Cilegon City Environmental
Agency, held a simultaneous socialization of the KOLASE Program (School-Based
Circular Economy Waste Management Collaboration) at 48 elementary and
junior high schools across Cilegon on 19 June 2025. The program aims to build
early habits of waste sorting through education in schools. Four schools that had
previously implemented the program were recognized and received KOLASE
Drop Boxes—waste sorting facilities supported by Chandra Asri Group and the
Bakti Barito Foundation—after successfully managing 17 tons of waste and
educating over 2,568 students since December 2023.

Chandra Asri Group Holds “Desa Anyar Asri” Event to Promote Community
Waste Management
In commemoration of World Environment Day 2025, Chandra Asri Group,
together with the Desa Anyar Government, held the “Desa Anyar Asri” event to
encourage residents to participate in household waste management. Activities
included a village-wide clean-up, education on waste sorting and recycling, the
introduction of the GUPI Mandiri Waste Bank, and a “Waste-for-Goods”
exchange program highlighting the economic value of waste.



Indonesia Asri Hosts Circle of Beauty 4.0, Promotes Mindful Beauty Lifestyle
Indonesia Asri, a campaign by Chandra Asri Group, returned with Circle of Beauty
4.0, carrying the theme “Mindful Beauty, Mindful Earth.” The event encouraged
the Warga Asri community to be more mindful of the environmental impact of
beauty routines, especially by managing used packaging responsibly. It also
featured a collaboration with Earth Love Life, a body care brand from
ParagonCorp known for its Halal Green Beauty concept and mood-boosting
products developed based on neuroscience.



Chandra Asri Group Secures SLL Margin Adjustment Following ESG
Performance Milestone
Chandra Asri Group has successfully secured a margin adjustment from its
US$800 million sustainability-linked loan (SLL) facility after meeting its first-year
performance targets. This achievement highlights the Company’s strong
commitment to sustainability, particularly through the reduction of greenhouse
gas emissions and improved third-party ESG ratings. The SLL facility was secured
in July 2024 from a syndicate of nine leading financial institutions, with Oversea-
Chinese Banking Corporation Limited acting as the Sustainability Coordinator.


Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Visits Plastic Asphalt Project by Chandra Asri
Group
Chandra Asri Group, in collaboration with ASECH Indonesia, has established a
strategic partnership with various parties to promote the implementation of
plastic asphalt across different regions of Indonesia. This collaboration was
introduced during the National Plastic Asphalt Showcase held in July 2025 at
Jimbaran Hub, Bali, and attended by the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Bima
Arya. On this occasion, Chandra Asri Group and ASECH Indonesia presented the
advantages of plastic asphalt as a sustainable solution to reduce plastic waste
accumulation in landfills, while also supporting the development of a circular
economy in Indonesia.

PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk Officially Listed, Ready to Become a Key
Infrastructure Player in Southeast Asia
PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDI Group) officially listed its shares on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the ticker “CDIA” on July 9, 2025. Through
this IPO, CDI successfully raised IDR 2.37 trillion by issuing 12,482,937,500 new
shares at an offering price of IDR 190 per share. Market enthusiasm was
reflected in the high oversubscription of up to 563.64 times during the offering
period, starting from the bookbuilding phase on June 19–24, 2025, to the public
offering on July 2–7, 2025.

ESG and Sustainability Forum 2025
Chandra Asri Group participated in the Global ESG and sustainability Forum 2025
held on July 8–10 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The forum brought together
business leaders, regulators, and sustainability from Asia, Europe, and Middle
East to discuss the latest trend, challenges, strategies in implementing
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). It highlighted the importance of
understanding climate risk and adaptation strategy, aligning with Chandra Asri’s
ongoing efforts to integrate climate risk analysis into its ESG roadmap through
mitigation planning and disclosures based on global frameworks. This

Chandra Asri Group Promotes Job Creation Through Shared Service Center
(SSC)
Chandra Asri Group, through its subsidiary PT Chandra Asri Konsultasi (CAK), has
established a Shared Service Center (SSC) to enhance operational efficiency and
support the sustainable growth of its subsidiaries. CAK's services cover back-
office operations including finance, human resources, procurement, customer
operations, and information technology (IT). The company also plans to recruit
over 200 new employees and contribute to the development of Indonesian
talent capacity.

Planting Mangroves to Restore Ecosystems: The Story of Chandra Asri Group
and the Tengkurak Village Community
As part of its commitment to environmental conservation and climate resilience,
Chandra Asri Group has partnered with the local community of Tengkurak
Village, Serang Regency, in a mangrove conservation program. The planting is
being carried out in stages, targeting up to 186 hectares, and is accompanied by
efforts to empower local residents. The community has been involved from the
planning stage, as their understanding of coastal conditions is key to the success
of this ecosystem restoration.
