PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Announced the First Semester of 2025 Financial Performance
PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (SIMP Group or the Company) today reported its interim consolidated financial
statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2025 (1H2025).
In 1H2025, Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) nucleus production increased 2% yoy to 1.22 million tonnes. In line with higher FFB
nucleus and FFB from external, total CPO production rose 7% yoy to 326 thousand tonnes.
SIMP Group reported total sales of Rp9.39 trillion in 1H2025 or 33% higher than 1H2024 mainly due to higher average
selling prices of palm products and edible oils & fats products as well as higher sales volume of palm products.
Gross profit rose 42% yoy to Rp2.27 trillion, operating profit increased 24% yoy to Rp1.51 trillion and profit for the period
attributable to owners of the parent increased 43% yoy to Rp755 billion. Core profit grew 91% yoy to Rp1.19 trillion.
SIMP Group’s net gearing ratio was 0.06x as of June 30, 2025 compared to 0.11x as of December 31, 2024.

PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (Grup SIMP atau Perseroan) hari ini melaporkan laporan keuangan konsolidasian
interim untuk periode enam bulan yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni 2025 (1H2025).
Pada 1H2025, produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) inti naik 2% yoy menjadi 1,22 juta ton. Seiring dengan kenaikan TBS
inti dan TBS dari eksternal, total produksi CPO naik 7% yoy menjadi 326 ribu ton.
Grup SIMP mencatat penjualan sebesar Rp9,39 triliun di 1H2025 atau naik 33% dibandingkan 1H2024 terutama
karena kenaikan harga jual rata-rata produk sawit dan produk minyak & lemak nabati serta kenaikan volume
penjualan produk sawit.
Labu bruto meningkat 42% yoy menjadi Rp2,27 triliun, laba usaha naik 24% yoy menjadi Rp1,51 triliun dan laba
periode berjalan yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk naik 43% yoy menjadi Rp755 miliar. Core
profit tumbuh 91% yoy menjadi Rp1,19 triliun.
Rasio pengungkit neto (net gearing) Grup SIMP pada 30 Juni 2025 sebesar 0,06x dibandingkan 0.11x pada 31
Desember 2024.
