Navigates Industry Headwinds Through Continuous Operational Improvement

Jakarta, July 31st 2025 - PT ABM Investama Tbk (“the Company”) has published its interim
consolidated financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2025. Amid persistent external
challenges—including declining coal prices and extreme weather conditions—the Company has
intensified its focus on improving productivity and implementing disciplined capital management
across all business units.

Despite ongoing market uncertainties, the Company recorded a positive trajectory in both operational
and financial performance during the second quarter of 2025. With this momentum, the Company
remains optimistic that overall performance will continue to improve throughout the remainder of the
year.

Set to Recover Amid External Pressures
    • The Company recorded consolidated revenue at $506.9 million, 12% decline YoY, reflecting
        the impact of weakened coal prices and operational challenges due to continuous extreme
        weather. Adjusted EBITDA (1) reported at $131.2 million, 44% decline compared to 1H24,
        while Net Profit (2) recorded at $27.7 million, lower than 1H24 realization;
    • The decline in profitability was primarily driven by lower contribution from the mining
        contracting business during the 1H25;
    • Extreme weather, in the form of wet hours which recorded higher than 1H24, led to 12% YoY
        decreased to 112.0 Mbcm in 1H25 from 127.0 Mbcm in 1H24 on overburden removal volume
        by the Company’s mining contractor arm, coal getting volume also declined by 12% YoY to
        15.7 Mt in 1H25 accordingly;
    • Fuel trading business declined by 7% in fuel sales volume to 193 million litre in 1H25;
    • Logistics business maintained a strong performance, with an on-time delivery rate of 92.7%
        in 1H25; and
    • Services and fabrication business improved its on-time-in-full delivery rate to 85.3%, up from
        74.5% last year.

Strategic Consolidation: Enhancing Long-Term Value
The Company continues to strengthen its position through disciplined capital management and
synergistic growth. The Company’s 30% effective ownership in PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (“GEMS”)
through PT Radhika Jananta Raya contributed USD 63 million in dividend income in 1H25.

In the coal mining segment, the Company’s—through PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (“RWA”) controlled
70% of PT Nirmala Coal Nusantara which expected to commence its productions in 4Q25. In addition,
RWA has completed the acquisition of PT Piranti Jaya Utama, targeted to commence its operations in
2026. This strategic move is expected to bolster future coal sales volume and enhance long-term
profitability.

Outlook: Positioned for a Stronger Second Half
In 1H25, the Company focuses on improving productivity and disciplined capital management as part
of our response towards industry headwinds. During 2Q25, the Company has seen an increase of
overburden removal volume which resulted to an improved financial performance compared to 1Q25.
In addition, as part of the Tiara Marga Trakindo Group (“TMT Group”), the Company continuously
strengthen synergy between subsidiaries and entities within the group to solidify the Company
position as one of reputable mining value chain entity in Indonesia.

The Company remains committed to prudent financial management, value creation, and
environmental stewardship. The Company has installed solar panels with a capacity of 643.8 kWp at
Jambi mining site, implement carbon reduction program in one of logistic business site resulted to
reduction of 110 ton CO₂e since 2022, and continuously develop renewable subsidiary operating a
biogas power plant in South Kalimantan using palm oil waste.

Moreover, the Company actively involved in community empowerment especially on education as the
primary focus which are done through numerous in-class teaching, multiple operators development
program, and valuable scholarships across Indonesia. These actions have brought benefits for
thousands of beneficiaries and highlighted the importance of social and environment factors for the
Company.
