Kredit dari salah satu Bank Pemerintah/Badan Usaha Milik
Negara
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah memperoleh fasilitas kredit dari Bank yang
telah efektif berlaku berdasarkan Perjanjian Kredit dengan nilai
maksimum sebesar Rp114.200.000.000 (seratus empat belas
miliar dua ratus juta Rupiah), yang terdiri atas 1 (satu) fasilitas
kredit investasi.
Syarat dan ketentuan kredit diatur dalam Perjanjian yang
ditandatangani oleh Perseroan dan Bank.
Penjelasan ada tidaknya hubungan afiliasi
Transaksi ini tidak merupakan transaksi afiliasi karena antara
Perseroan dan Bank tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi.
Sumber Fasilitas Kredit
Dari salah satu Bank Pemerintah/Bank Badan Usaha Milik
Negara.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kegiatan Operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Akan berdampak positif terhadap kegiatan operasional
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan karena Perseroan memiliki fasilitas kredit investasi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau yang akan digunakan untuk pembiayaan pembangunan 2
Perusahaan Publik (dua) unit kapal tongkang dan 2 (dua) unit kapal tugboat.
Hukum
Dapat memberikan dampak hukum berupa beralihnya barang-
barang jaminan kepada kreditur/pemberi pinjaman atau pihak
lain, apabila Perseroan gagal membayar cicilan pinjaman tepat
waktu.
Kondisi Keuangan
Diharapkan dengan adanya dan digunakannya fasilitas kredit
ini akan meningkatkan pendapatan Perseroan.
Kelangsungan Usaha
Kelangsungan usaha tetap terjaga dan terjamin dengan baik.

Description of Material Information or The Company has obtained a credit facility from the Bank,
Facts which has become effective pursuant to the Credit Agreement,
with a maximum facility amount of Rp114,200,000,000 (one
hundred fourteen billion two hundred million Rupiah),
consisting of 1 (one) investment credit facility.
Credit terms and conditions are regulated in the Agreement
signed by the Company and the Bank.
Explanation whether there is any affiliation transaction
This transaction is not an affiliation transaction since there is
no affiliated relationship between the Company and the
lending Bank.

From one of the Government Banks/State-Owned Banks.
Impact of event, material information or Operational Activities
facts towards Issuers or Public It will create a positive impact to the Company operational
Company’s operational activities, legal, activities since the Company has an investment credit facility
financial condition, or going concern that will be used to finance the construction of 2 (two) units of
barges and 2 (two) units of tugboats.
Legal
It may create a legal impact in the form of transferring
collaterals to the creditors/lenders or other parties, if the
Company fails to pay the credit facility installments timely.
Financial Condition
It is hoped that the existence and use of this credit facility will
increase the Company revenue.
