  Robust Performance of MNC Tourism,
  Driven by Premium Assets & Strategic Projects




Jakarta, July 30, 2025 – PT MNC Tourism Indonesia Tbk ("the Company” or IDX: KPIG), formerly known as PT
MNC Land Tbk, recorded strong financial growth for the first half of 2025 (H1-2025). The Company posted
consolidated revenue of Rp964.0 billion, marking a significant increase of 25.6% year-on-year (yoy) from
Rp767.7 billion in the first half of 2024.
The property segment contributed 51.6% to KPIG’s consolidated revenue, surging 44.3% yoy to Rp497.0
billion from Rp344.3 billion in H1-2024. Additionally, revenue from the hospitality segment also rose, reaching
Rp466.9 billion in H1-2025.

Key Drivers of Revenue Growth
   Sales of Trump Private Clubhouse (PCH) units and golf memberships at Trump International Golf Club Lido
    remain the primary revenue drivers and are projected to continue leading performance growth over the
    next two years.
   Phase 1 of the Trump Clubhouse is targeted for completion in Q4-2025 and is expected to begin
    contributing to revenue starting in 2026.
   The opening of Hyatt Regency Lido Resort in Q1-2026 will further boost the Company’s revenue through
    hospitality, F&B, and event-related income.
   The launch of Trump Residences Lido, starting with 216 units in Q4-2025, is poised to become an
    additional growth catalyst for 2026–2027.


Ongoing Development Initiatives and Corporate Actions
   Phase 2 renovation of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, is scheduled for completion in November 2025. It
    includes a newly developed beachfront garden MICE facility, expected to enhance both wedding and
    corporate event revenue streams.
   Introduction of the LUDA (Land Utilization and Development Agreement) concept at MNC Lido City
    Special Economic Zone (SEZ), focusing on the development of hotels, MICE, and F&B facilities.
   Commencement of the Amusement Park in MNC Lido City SEZ, targeted for Q4 2025. It will be integrated
    with Movieland and Lido Music & Arts Center, forming a larger and more attractive integrated theme park.
   The vast and strategic landbank in Tanah Lot, Bali, will be developed in partnership with third parties to
    accelerate and optimize the Company’s revenue generation.
   Rebranding plan for Oakwood Hotel and One East Residences, Surabaya, including the addition of MICE
    and F&B facilities.
   Additional MICE and F&B facilities at Park Hyatt Jakarta (PHJ), including the opening of a Chinese restaurant
    in September 2025 and further F&B expansions in 2026.
   Optimization of the Company’s office building usage and broader asset portfolio to drive higher
    productivity.
