                                   ANNOUNCEMENT
                      EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                           PT TOWER BERSAMA INFRASTRUCTURE Tbk.


PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”), hereby announce
that the Company will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (hereafter referred to
“EGMS”) in Jakarta on Monday, August 24, 2026.

In line with requirements set within the Company’s Articles of Association and the Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 dated 20 April 2020, the invitation for the EGMS will be
placed at the PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) website, Indonesian Stock Exchange website
and the Company’s website (www.tower-bersama.com) on July 31, 2026.

Shareholders that have the right to attend the EGMS are those whose names are duly registered within
the Company’s Corporate Registry and/or Company’s shareholders with subaccounts at
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) by the end of trades at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
on July 30, 2026.

Each of the Shareholder’s proposal will be incorporated into the EGMS’ Agenda provided it meets the
following requirements set within the Company’s Articles of Association, which are that the proposal
(i) has been submitted in writing to the Board of Directors by one or more shareholders that represent
at least 1/20 of the total shares issued by the Company; (ii) received no later than 7 (seven) days prior
to the summons for the EGMS, or specifically by July 24, 2026 and (iii) the proposal is deemed,
according to the Board of Directors, directly relevant with the Company’s business in view of other
requirements set within the Company’s Articles of Association.
