Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk, penyedia jasa logistik
dan transportasi laut terkemuka di Indonesia, berhasil
mencatatkan kinerja keuangan positif pada kuartal II 2025
dengan membukukan laba bersih sebesar Rp34,09 miliar.
Capaian ini diraih di tengah tekanan pasar global dan
tantangan geopolitik yang mempengaruhi industri logistik dan
pelayaran laut.
Pencapaian ini menunjukkan kemampuan Perseroan dalam
menjaga profitabilitas dan menegaskan pondasi operasional
yang kuat meskipun terjadi fluktuasi pada beberapa pos
pendapatan dan beban lain-lain.
Kinerja positif tersebut ditopang oleh pendapatan bersih
Perseroan sebesar Rp434,86 miliar. Angka ini menunjukkan
keberhasilan strategi Perseroan dalam menghadapi tekanan
kondisi pasar.
Di sisi lain, beban pokok pendapatan pada kuartal II 2025
turun 6,90 persen menjadi Rp338,40 miliar dari Rp363,50
miliar pada kuartal II 2024. Hal ini mencerminkan pengelolaan
biaya yang lebih efektif.
Kinerja kuartal II 2025 ini masih terdampak oleh penyesuaian
pasar atas situasi geopolitik global yang berpengaruh terhadap
harga dan tingkat permintaan batu bara sebagai komoditas
utama yang diangkut Perseroan, serta faktor cuaca yang
mempengaruhi produktivitas armada.
Meski begitu, Perseroan mampu mengangkut kargo sebanyak
5,07 juta metrik ton pada semester I 2025. Perseroan tetap
menjaga efisiensi operasional dan optimalisasi rute pelayaran
untuk mendukung volume angkutan yang ada.
Direktur Keuangan PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk,
Rickie, menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan tetap optimis
terhadap prospek bisnis ke depan, meskipun menghadapi
dinamika pasar. Fokus utama Perseroan saat ini adalah pada
efisiensi operasional, optimalisasi armada, serta ekspansi rute
strategis.
Perseroan terus memantau dinamika pasar dan menyiapkan
langkah strategis untuk mendukung pertumbuhan jangka
panjang. Dengan fundamental yang kuat dan strategi yang
terarah, HAIS optimis dapat terus meningkatkan kinerja di sisa
tahun 2025.

Description of Material Information or PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (HIS), a leading
Facts provider of marine logistics and transportation services in
Indonesia, reported positive financial performance in the
second quarter of 2025, recording a net profit of IDR 34.09
billion. This achievement was made despite ongoing pressures
from global market volatility and geopolitical challenges
impacting the shipping and logistics industry.
This result reflects the Companys resilience in maintaining
profitability and highlights its strong operational foundation,
even amidst fluctuations in revenue and other expenses.
The positive performance was supported by total net revenue
of IDR 434.86 billion. This reflects the Companys strategic
recalibration in response to market headwinds.
Meanwhile, cost of revenue in Q2 2025 declined by 6.90
percent to IDR 338.40 billion, down from IDR 363.50 billion in
Q2 2024, a testament to the Companys effective cost
management.
The Q2 2025 performance was still influenced by ongoing
market adjustments due to global geopolitical dynamics, which
affected both pricing and demand for coal, the Companys main
cargo commodity, as well as weather conditions that impacted
fleet productivity.
Nevertheless, the Company successfully transported 5.07
million metric tons of cargo in the first half of 2025. The
Company continued to uphold operational efficiency and
optimize its shipping routes to support existing transport
volumes.
Rickie, Finance Director of PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping
Tbk, stated that the Company remained optimistic about its
business outlook despite market dynamics, with a continued
focus on operational efficiency, fleet optimization, and the
expansion of strategic routes.

performance throughout the remainder of 2025.
