Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 29 Juli 2025, PT Darma Henwa Tbk.
mendandatangani Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit Sindikasi dengan
BCA dan OK Bank dengan rincian informasi sebagai berikut:
Nilai Fasilitas Kredit: Perseroan memperoleh Fasilitas Kredit
Sindikasi dari BCA dan OK Bank sebesar Rp350.000.000.000
(tiga ratus lima puluh miliar rupiah). Terdapat opsi peningkatan
komitmen Fasilitas Kredit Sindikasi maksimal sebesar Rp500.
000.000.000 (lima ratus miliar rupiah).
Tujuan Penggunaan : Kredit modal kerja
Jangka Waktu : 2 (dua) tahun setelah penandatanganan
perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit Sindikasi
Suku Bunga : Efektif 8,3% per annum
Jaminan : Mesin dan peralatan, piutang dan persediaan
Perseroan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penandatanganan Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit Sindikasi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak positif terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan Perseroan. Fasilitas pinjaman akan digunakan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau untuk mendukung kebutuhan modal kerja, sehingga
Perusahaan Publik memungkinkan Perseroan untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis
dan kelancaran operasional Perseroan.
Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap aspek hukum dan
kelangsungan usaha.

Description of Material Information or On July 29, 2025, PT Darma Henwa Tbk. signed a Syndicated
Facts Loan Facility Agreement with BCA and OK Bank with the
following details:
Loan Facility Amount: The Company obtained a Syndicated
Loan Facility from BCA and OK Bank amounting to IDR
350,000,000,000 (three hundred fifty billion rupiah). There is
an option to increase the commitment of the Syndicated Loan
Facility up to a maximum of IDR 500,000,000,000 (five
hundred billion rupiah).
Purpose of Use: Working capital loan
Term: 2 (two) years from the date of signing the Syndicated
Loan Facility Agreement
Interest Rate: Effective 8.3% per annum
Collateral: The Companys machinery and equipment,
receivables, and inventories
Impact of event, material information or The signing of the Syndicated Loan Facility Agreement has a
facts towards Issuers or Public positive impact on the Companys operational activities and
Company’s operational activities, legal, financial condition. The loan facility will be used to support
financial condition, or going concern working capital needs, thereby enabling the Company to
sustain its business operations and ensure smooth operational
performance.
There is no impact on legal aspects or business continuity.
