Kami merujuk pada Surat PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia (“BEI”) No. S-08364/BEI.PP2/07-
2026 tanggal 15 Juli 2026 perihal Permintaan
Penjelasan atas Pemberitaan di Media Massa
(“Surat”). Melalui surat ini kami bermaksud untuk
menyampaikan tanggapan PT Amman Mineral
Internasional — Tbk (“Perseroan”) — dengan
mengutip pertanyaan dari BEI sebagai berikut:
Berdasarkan pemantauan BEI, terdapat
pemberitaan menyangkut Perseroan pada
media katadata.co.id dengan judul berita
“Amman Mineral Dikabarkan Bersiap Dual Listing
di Hong Kong, Begini Kata Bos AMMN" pada
tanggal 13 Juli 2026.
1. Klarifikasi atas kebenaran berita tersebut.
Tanggapan Perseroal
Dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa
informasi yang diberitakan oleh artikel pada
media massa tersebut bersifat spekulasi.
Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, fokus
Perseroan adalah menjalankan strategi
bisnis yang telah ditetapkan dan penciptaaan
nilai jangka panjang yang berkelanjutan bagi
para pemegang saham.
2. Informasi/ kejadian penting lainnya yang
material — dan dapat mempengaruhi
kelangsungan hidup perusahaan serta dapat

for Explanation on News in the Mass Media
("Letter"). Through this letter we intend to
convey the response of PT Amman Mineral
Internasional Tbk ("Company") by guoting
guestions from IDX as follows:
Based on IDX's monitoring, there is ad news
concerning the Company on katadata.co.id
titled “Amman Mineral Reportedly Preparing
for Dual Listing in Hong Kong, Here's What
AMMN Boss Says" on 13 July 2026.
1. Clarification on the truth of the news.
Company's Response:
The Company hereby clarifies that the
information reported by the relevant media
article is speculative. As of the date of this
letter, the Company remains focused on
executing its business strategy and
creating sustainable long-term value for its
Shareholders.
2. Other important information/events that
are material and may affect the survival of
the company and may @affect the
company's share price.
