material / Description on dasar dan modal ditempatkan dan modal disetor. Perseroan menerbitkan

paid-up capital. Protelindo issued 55,000,000,000 new shares with a par
value of Rp100 per share, totaling a total nominal value of

Rp5,500,000,000,000 (“The Company New Shares”), all of which were
subscribed by PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk.
Dengan demikian, setelah peningkatan modal dasar, modal ditempatkan
dan disetor serta penerbitan saham baru Protelindo tersebut, maka
susunan permodalan Protelindo menjadi berikut:
