Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Kenaikan aset mencapai 106,33% dikarenakan pada tanggal
13 Januari 2025, Perseroan melakukan tindakan korporasi
yaitu Initial Public Offering (IPO)/listing pada PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia (BEI) dan mendapatkan tambahan modal kerja
sejumlah Rp 59.500.000.000 (lima puluh sembilan milyar lima
ratus juta rupiah). Selama bulan Januari-Juni 2025 Piutang
Perseroan kepada Pihak Berelasi terjadi kenaikan sebesar
8,35 kali. Demikian penjelasan yang dapat kami sampaikan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kenaikan aset mencapai 106,33%
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

During January-June 2025, the Company's receivables from
