PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (“AKRA”) pada tanggal 28 Juli 2025
tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai Interim disampaikan bahwa sesuai keputusan Direksi yang
telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 24 Juli 2025, AKRA menyampaikan rencana pembagian
Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2025 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

P : Harga Penutupan Underlying Waran Terstruktur yang bersangkutan pada hari bursa
terakhir Underlying Waran Terstruktur tersebut diperdagangkan atas dasar cum-
entitlement.

X : Harga Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.
E : Rasio Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.
Mohon menjadi perhatian bahwa penyesuaian mungkin tidak akan dilakukan apabila berdasarkan
kebijaksanaan Penerbit dan tanpa batasan, dan tanpa kewajiban apa pun kepada para Pemegang
Waran Terstruktur, tidak adanya penyesuaian dianggap tepat oleh Penerbit.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
AKRADRCQ5A AND AKRADRCX5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (“AKRA”) dated 28 July 2025, related
to Corporate Action – with the Board of Directors decision approved by the Board Commissioner on the
dated 24 July 2025, has resolved, AKRA had a plan for the distribution of interim dividends for the fiscal
year 2025, which will be paid as follows:

Total Value of Dividend IDR 989.988.480.000
Other securities in the form of equity that are convertible into shares N/A

Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of AKRADRCQ5A and AKRADRCX5A will be adjusted based on the
formula below:

P : Closing Price of the Underlying share on the last market day on which the underlying share
is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.
X : the existing price immediately prior to dividend entitlement.
E : the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
