per letter to The Company on July 28, 2025. Ms. Ariani
Vidya Sofjan's term of office as a member of the Board of
Commissioners ended effective as ofJuly 22, 2025, as she has
been appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners
in another StateOwned Enterprise (SOE), and thus no
longer meets the requirements to serve as a member
of the Board of Commissioners pursuant to the Articles
of Association and regulations.
