Adapun masa jabatan Ibu Ariani Vidya Sofjan sebagai anggota Dewan Komisaris berakhir karena telah diangkat sebagai anggota Dewan Komisaris di BUMN lain sehingga tidak lagi memenuhi persyaratan sebagai anggota Dewan Komisaris berdasarkan Anggaran Dasar dan peraturan perundang-undangan efektif per tanggal 22 Juli 2025. The Company hereby conveys information related to the Resignation of Mrs. Rini Widyastuti as a Board of Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) as per letter to The Company on July 28, 2025. Ms. Ariani Vidya Sofjan's term of office as a member of the Board of Commissioners ended effective as of July 22, 2025, as she has been appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners in another State- Owned Enterprise (SOE), and thus no longer meets the reguirements to serve as a member of the Board of Commissioners pursuant to the Articles of Association and regulations.
