Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan terjadinya kendala teknis (error) pada
aplikasi pelaporan dalam proses penyampaian Form E022 -
Laporan Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum, untuk
sementara Perseroan menyampaikan laporan dimaksud
melalui Form E019 - Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material
agar kewajiban keterbukaan informasi tetap dapat dipenuhi
sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan menyampaikan laporan melalui
Form E022 - Laporan Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran
Umum setelah kendala teknis pada aplikasi tersebut telah
ditangani dan sistem kembali berfungsi sebagaimana
mestinya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kendala teknis pada aplikasi pelaporan hanya memengaruhi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan mekanisme penyampaian laporan kepada regulator dan tidak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kondisi keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan tetap memenuhi kewajiban keterbukaan informasi
dengan menyampaikan laporan melalui Form E019, dan akan
melakukan penyampaian kembali melalui Form E022 setelah
kendala teknis pada sistem pelaporan telah ditangani.

Description of Material Information or Due to a technical error in the reporting application for the
Facts submission of Form E022 - Report on the Use of Proceeds
from the Public Offering, the Company is currently submitting
the report through Form E019 - Material Information or Facts
Report.
The Company will submit the report through Form E022 -
Report on the Use of Proceeds from the Public Offering once
the technical issue has been resolved and the reporting
system is functioning properly.
Impact of event, material information or The technical issue with the reporting application only affects
facts towards Issuers or Public the mechanism for submitting the report to the regulator and
Company’s operational activities, legal, has no impact on the Company's operations, legal matters,
financial condition, or going concern financial condition, or business continuity. The Company
continues to fulfill its disclosure obligations by submitting the
report through Form E019 and will resubmit the report through
Form E022 once the technical issue with the reporting system
has been resolved.
