PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa ACESDRCN5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Juli
2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per ACESDRCN5A) (jika
jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 476 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham ACES di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that ACESDRCN5A is exercised on 28 July 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per ACESDRCN5A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 476 being the closing price of ACES Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
