Based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange
Number. KEP-306/BEJ/07-2004 Rule Number 1-E concerning Obligation to Submit
Information Article 11l.1.4., PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. (the “Company”) submits
an explanation for changes of more than 2076 in the Unaudited Interim Financial
Statement for the period January 1", 2025 — June 30", 2025, with the following
explanation:

The Interim Statement of Financial Position, it can be conveyed that the
Company's Total Assets and Liabilities as of June 30" 2025 did not change

by more than 2075 compared to the Company's Total Assets and Liabilities
as of December 315', 2024.

Total Company's Assets

The Company's Total Assets at the end of June 30", 2025 were recorded at
IDR 627,387,923,057 while at the end of December 3151, 2024 the Company
recorded Total Assets of IDR 637,383,120,724.

The Company's Total Assets at the end of June 30'", 2025 was decreased by
IDR 9,995,197,667 or decreased by 1.57”6 compared to the Company's Total
Assets at the end of December 315t, 2024.

Total Company's Liabilities

The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of June 30, 2025 were recorded
at IDR 186,329,512,440 while at the end of December 315, 2024 the Company
recorded a Total Liabilities of IDR TT

The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of June 30", 2025 was decreased
by IDR 17,757,442,265 or decreased 8.70Ys compared to the Company's Total
Liabilities in the period of December 3151, 2024.
