Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan penurunan jumlah modal ditempatkan
dan disetor Perseroan sebagai akibat dari pelaksanaan
pengalihan saham hasil pembelian kembali (Saham Treasuri)
sebanyak 927.732.000 (sembilan ratus dua puluh tujuh juta
tujuh ratus tiga puluh dua ribu) lembar, maka pada tanggal 22
Juli 2025, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) telah memberikan
persetujuan atas penghapusan pencatatan seluruh Saham
Treasuri tersebut sejumlah 927.732.000 (sembilan ratus dua
puluh tujuh juta tujuh ratus tiga puluh dua ribu) lembar saham,
sebagaimana tertuang dalam surat BEI Nomor S-
08513/BEI.PP1/07-2025 tertanggal 22 Juli 2025 kepada
Perseroan, serta Pengumuman BEI Nomor S-
08513/BEI.PP1/07-2025 tanggal 22 Juli 2025. Dengan
penghapusan tersebut, jumlah saham yang beredar dan
tercatat milik Perseroan berkurang dari semula
15.967.115.620 lembar saham menjadi 15.039.383.620
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or In connection with the decrease in the amount of issued and
Facts paid-up capital of the Company as a result of the
implementation of the transfer of shares resulting from the
buyback (Treasury Shares) amounting to 927,732,000 (nine
hundred twenty seven million seven hundred thirty two
thousand) shares, then on July 22, 2025, PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia (BEI) has given approval for the delisting of all
Treasury Shares amounting to 927,732,000 (nine hundred
twenty seven million seven hundred thirty two thousand)
shares, as stated in the BEI letter Number S-
08513/BEI.PP1/07-2025 dated July 22, 2025 to the Company,
as well as BEI Announcement Number S-08513/BEI.PP1/07-
2025 dated July 22, 2025. With this delisting, the number of
outstanding and registered shares owned by the Company
was reduced from the original 15,967,115,620 shares to
15,039,383,620 shares.
