Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Peresmian pabrik baru (pabrik kelima) milik Perseroan di
Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah meresmikan pabrik kelima yang berlokasi di
Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pabrik ini
dibangun di atas lahan seluas 57.134 m2 (sekitar 5,7 hektar),
dengan luas bangunan utama 25.069 m2, termasuk area
produksi seluas 15.908 m2 dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH)
seluas 4.937 m2. Kapasitas tambahan dari pabrik ini sebesar
1.000.000 m3 bata ringan per tahun, sehingga total kapasitas
produksi Perseroan kini mencapai 5.600.000 m3 per tahun.
Pabrik ini juga diproyeksikan menyerap sekitar 250 orang
tenaga kerja dari masyarakat lokal. Pembangunan pabrik ini
melibatkan investasi sebesar kurang lebih Rp 280 miliar.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Adapun beberapa dampak terhadap Perseroan ada beberapa
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sebagai berikut:

- Pengurangan biaya distribusi ke wilayah tengah dan
barat Pulau Jawa.
Keuangan:
- Tidak ada dampak material langsung terhadap
struktur permodalan, karena proyek telah direncanakan dalam
belanja modal tahun berjalan.
- Secara jangka panjang akan memberikan kontribusi
positif terhadap pendapatan dan keuntungan Perseroan.
Sosial dan Lingkungan:
- Memberdayakan masyarakat lokal melalui penciptaan
lapangan kerja langsung dan tidak langsung.
- Komitmen terhadap lingkungan melalui pengadaan
Ruang Terbuka Hijau dan penerapan sistem produksi ramah
lingkungan dan efisien energi.
Pembangunan pabrik ini merupakan bagian dari belanja modal
yang telah direncanakan oleh Perseroan. Untuk pendanaan
pembangunan pabrik ini berasal dari arus kas operasional
Perseroan dan pendanaan dari perbankan. Tidak terdapat
transaksi afiliasi, pengalihan saham, ataupun benturan
kepentingan dalam aksi korporasi ini.
Direksi menyatakan bahwa seluruh informasi dalam
keterbukaan ini adalah benar dan tidak menyesatkan.

Disclosure of Information or Material Facts Regarding the
Type of Material Information or Facts Inauguration of the New Factory in Banjarnegara, Central Java
Description of Material Information or The Company has inaugurated its fifth factory located in
Facts Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java Province. This factory is
built on an area of 57,134 m2 (approximately 5.7 hectares),
with a main building area of 25,069 m2, including a production
area of 15,908 m2 and a Green Open Space (RTH) of 4,937
m2. The additional capacity of this factory is 1,000,000 m3 of
lightweight bricks per year, bringing the Company's total
production capacity to 5,600,000 m3 per year. This factory is
also projected to absorb approximately 250 workers from the
local community. The construction of this factory involves an
investment of approximately IDR 280 billion.

Impact of event, material information or Some of the impacts on the Company are as follows:

Company’s operational activities, legal, - Increased capacity by approximately 22% compared to the
financial condition, or going concern previous total capacity.
Distribution:
- Accelerated product distribution to the western and southern
parts of Central Java.
Logistics Cost Efficiency:
- Reduced distribution costs to the central and western regions
of Java.
Financial:
- No direct material impact on the capital structure, as the
project was planned in the current year's capital expenditure.
- In the long term, it will positively contribute to the Company's
revenue and profits.
Social and Environmental:
- Empowering local communities through direct and indirect job
creation.
- Commitment to the environment through the provision of
Green Open Spaces and the implementation of
environmentally friendly and energy-efficient production
systems.
The construction of this factory is part of the Company's
planned capital expenditure. Funding for the construction of
this factory comes from the Company's operational cash flow
and bank financing. There are no affiliated transactions, share
transfers, or conflicts of interest in this corporate action.
